Ah, France. An experience I'll never forget. I learned how to make chocolates—properly, picked up another language, and met so many people. But, here is where home is, so that's why I'm back.

He smiles to himself as he reminisces about the memories. He continues to lead the way, his apartment building coming into view.

i watch the way he smiles as he reminisces, noting that he was obviously very happy when in france. i also listen very closely to his words, never taking my eyes off of him as he speaks because i don't want him to think im not listening.

you really learned how to speak french? that's amazing! ive tried to learn different languages myself buts it's a lot harder than one would think—

as his apartment building comes into view, i can feel my calmed heartbeat begin to pick back up, knowing that i would soon be inside, alone , with a guy that ive liked for so long. but i don't spend much time thinking about it, because his words are instsntly grasping my attention.
