I’m teaching two free99 live Cannabis friendly yoga classes at @northstardurham this Monday on 4/20 at 10am & 6pm EST! We’ll start with a smoke/dose sesh sponsored by @curaleafhemp & elevated by @trucehempco followed by ~60ish minutes of yoga. Yoga on High will be live on @mynameisjessamyn, @theunderbellyyoga & @wegohighnc’s IG Live, my Facebook & Youtube, as well as @northstardurham’s website & the Yoga On High FB page. Tell your play cousin, tell that one coworker you private message during zoom meetings, tell your group chat, tell your @postmates delivery person, tell the person standing six feet away from you at the grocery store. Bring your kids and your pets and your mom and your fuck buddy and your neighbor from downstairs. And if you’ve got no one to tell, that’s cool, too. #hermitsunite You can bring a yoga mat and wear your favorite clothes or you can arrive buck naked and practice on your kitchen floor. It’s all good, it’s all yoga. Literally no yoga experience OR interest in cannabis required. Since I live in a prohibition state, we’ll be focusing on the benefits of hemp & CBD- but @wegohighnc believes all cannabis is created equal so BYO THC, CBD, & everything in between.
