31. been watching a lot of Sundered lately and it has really revitalized my thinking i.e. what if gods were just. more unpleasant to look at.

this is Prax, an assassin from Kolkorr, a neighbouring country that Theakan is currently at war with. his mission is to sabotage the crown prince's rebirth ceremony, kill the king and retrieve his body so their scientists can uncover the secret to his immortality

Preliminary design for Prince Yxil, Theachrax's younger brother and second in line to the throne. A young and arrogant bookworm, Yxil resents his brother for being seemingly uninterested in and unqualified to become king - Yxil thinks he can and will do it much better. Being second in line to the throne, he is also not permitted to make use of the High Court Oracle's particular skills, something he finds extremely unfair, and not just because he has a crush on Mrrsyll...
