Cadam Construction are pleased to announce we are now an appointed contractor for EN:Procure’s New Build Housing framework.
EN:Procure, the procurement arm of Efficiency North, has awarded contracts to 29 contractors over 4 lots on its new EN:Procure New Build Housing framework.
With an anticipated pipeline of £340m over its 4-year lifetime, the more efficient and flexible framework will offer a leading-edge supply chain for the construction of social housing for Efficiency North’s social housing landlord members, who own and manage more than 80% of the social housing stock within the Yorkshire and Humber region.
The new framework is predominantly for social housing in Yorkshire and Humber but may extend to other public buildings such as schools and offices and other areas of the UK.
