She probably wouldn't hate Aelynn either but she wouldn't speak to her with any intent that wasn't just finding out things about how she worked as an undead.

So outside of this hypothetical, Hereja has actually seen Aelynn before, due to her presence in Ecclesia de Inanis, but Hereja avoids anyone there, and Aelynn has no memory of her time there, so they never spoke.
