     she spends five minutes shuffling under the bathroom cabinets searching for her hair products until she stumbles upon a box of tampons . just the sight of them made her realize something that she hasn't thought about in a month .. ––– fuck . standing up and racing into the living room , henny stands in front of anders , panting . “ look at these . when's the last time you've seen me with one of these ? ”

     this was a dream . all of this was such a dream . she couldn’t believe this was her life . couldn’t believe she had met someone that loved her so unapologetically . someone that was worth every risk they could ever take . he loved her , and she him . this was something hendrix never knew she would experience the way she was . if she was sleeping , she never wanted to be woken up . she never wanted to experience life without anders by her side . the happiest of tears prick at the corner of her eyes . fingers quick to swipe them away , even with the biggest of grins etched onto her face . “ i love you so much . i would die without you , i mean it . i’m so glad i came after you that night . so glad that you were the one i chose , i couldn’t imagine being with anyone else . loving anyone else the way i love you . ” with both hands planted against his chest , she lays on them . the dreamiest of looks in her gaze as he speaks , “ yeah , i am . i can’t think of a single thing that would make me any happier . ”

      she can't help the pout settling on her features . “ .. –– do we really have to go ? it's just going to be a bunch of stuffy people , in their stuffy outfits talking about stuffy things . we'd have more fun if we stayed home anyway ... ”

      hated when he was away , truly . hendrix always waited 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 for his return . only , this time she didn't have adrienne or roscoe to keep her busy until that day came . so the time sort of blurred together . she's getting ready for bed when she hears him , racing down the hall and stairs to get to him 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 her eyes grow large . “ oh my god ! ” she mutters , reaching out for his arm gently , guiding him over to the dining room seating . tucking hair behind her ear , the femme bends down between his legs , “ what happened ? anders , we have to get you to a hospital ? you're 𝐟𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 bleeding all over the place ! ”

      “ are you 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝 or something ? you do know i'm here with my boyfriend , right ? the tall , muscular 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐝 over there talking to his friends ? i know you're a smart one , let's not be 𝐜𝐨𝐲 now . ”

      she nearly 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬 the brush in her hands as she walks out of the bathroom to see her boyfriend holding her phone . swallowing thickly , hendrix 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 her throat . “ something i can help you with or something ? ––– looks like you're searchin' for 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 . ”
