Police need your help looking for 22-year-old Evan Flanary, who has been missing for almost a week after he went to meet a stranger he had contacted on a cell phone app. He was last seen in the Mission District, according to his family. According to police, Flanary has blond hair and blue eyes, is 6-foot-1, and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray hooded sweater, a Cal baseball cap, and a backpack. His family started a website, helpfindevan.com, where they said it is very unlike him to disappear with no contact. His phone has since died, and he is said to have no money with him. SF Appeal reports his mother updated her Facebook, saying as of Sunday night, "NO pings to towers from Evan's phone for over 48 hours.... The police are in the process of obtaining a court order for phone records." Anyone with information should contact the San Francisco Police Missing Persons Department at 734-3268, or J.D. Berlingeri at (541) 680-2616.
