Today we finished day 2 of the ACTivate Your Life Volunteer Course Presenter training with Professor Neil Frude and handed out certificates to our first intake of presenters! - What stars these people are! - They all gave up two whole days to learn about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the course materials on their own time to put it into practice to help others affected by cancer in the future. - The development of the individuals over the two weeks was brilliant to see and although we all presented blind, I believed every word they said.
