So, here's me thinking the world is one easy place but all I need to do is look around and I see people coping on their own with their problems. It shouldn't be like this. People shouldn't suffer in silence. We should know better than to let people get by on their own. But I guess things can only change if people let that change happen, so take this as an opportunity to remind yourself that help&support is just as important as food&drink because without help&support people may decide to give up and even though some people give up too easily its usually because they haven't had the support they needed at that crucial point in their life...
