It’s Winter- We wrap up warmly and we step outside bravely, stepping forward with a purposefulness we really do not feel - I wonder how the birds cope with the cold- I was watching a blackbird outside my window today shaking its feathers of drops of rain and I remember my Cat Cleopatra chasing them with such speed and such agility. How I miss her! I miss my lovely cat Cleopatra but today this bird cheers me up with its dignity and honesty.
