Hear me out: Mincemeat and Hello, Dolly! crossover. Like, Hello, Dolly! but the cast is just replaced by the MI5 gang or vice versa
Monty and Charles would be Cornelius and Barnaby, Hester and Bevan would be Dolly and Vandergelder, with the right tweaks of character and storyline I think this would make for a really fun concept. The two shows are pretty tonally similar too, with the glitzy joyousness of it all.

Just finished opening night for Hello Dolly! Yay!!!!! It was SO MUCH FUN 😁 From singing Frozen all together in the green room getting in costume, to live-storytelling the original 1836 proto-Dolly to a castmate, to bouncing along backstage before our entrances, to dancing and singing and everything on stage, to squishing together in the wings before curtain call, to seeing a very happy audience walking out the doors, it was amazing 😍 Omg I love theatre so much!!!

1969's Hello Dolly! is not a very good movie despite its spectacle, but it DOES have one absolutely divine scene where Barbra Streisand and Louis Armstrong sing together in gorgeous costuming, and the whole ordeal is worth that alone

I go back and forth about how I feel about Barbara as Dolly Levi… while she does a fantastic job the fact she’s too young cannot be argued against. It muddles a bit of her motivations… she doesn’t appear as a woman who’s put her life on hold or could be away from anywhere for too long. It doesn’t make it seem like she’s waited very long - on top of the riffing and crack’s Barbara does in her own style- it just makes it a bit of a whiplash to me.
But ultimately it’s still a delightful movie idk
Even in the movie… what if I wanted to see the stuffed whale at the Barnum museum? Huh? What if I wanted to see it too? :(
Man, I love Hello, Dolly! with Barbra Streisand so much! Such a queen!
NGL to you all, Dolly is my dream role, musical wise. I would LOVE to be her so much!
