A/N: Happy Valentine's Day! This fic is for @angelcuppa as part of the @hellbentcon Valentine's exchange! It was so much fun to work on, and I really hope you enjoy it! The title is from Location by Khalid!
“This is ridiculous.” It's probably the fifth time Alastor's said it in the past hour alone. But truly, this has to be Charlie's most bizarre and foolish ideas yet. He's pretty sure she even got the idea from one of those ridiculous television programs she's always trying to rope him into watching with her. It certainly seems like something that'd only work out on TV.
“C'mon, Al. It's for charity!” Charlie says this like it should sway his opinion somehow, but it does nothing to help her case. When he only stares at her blankly, she continues, “It'll be great publicity for the hotel. Don't you want that?”
“I don't particularly care either way.”
Charlie rolls her eyes, but before she can say anything else, Vaggie cuts in. “You give up one night of your time, and in exchange, the hotel gets some good press and maybe even some new residents. You love when new people come in; I don't see the problem.”
“You don't see the problem with making me go on a date with Heaven-knows-who, against my will?”
“They didn't say ya couldn't eat the guy!” Angel shouts rather helpfully from the bar.
“Okay, so you definitely can't eat whoever wins a date with you,” Charlie asserts. She sounds a bit panicked at the idea, which is at least amusing.
