YES he does!! Being on top of a massive psitanium meteor for 50+ years, I think just about all the Thorney Towers crew developed some abilities. I think Crispin has clairvoyance (of course), a little telekinesis, since his arms have been restrained for so long, and has a strong sense of the emotional state of the people around him. I have no idea how empaths work in Psychonauts but I just. Want him to be one KGHSKFDH
That's a good question! I think he would be a little wary, but they've had plenty of psychic patients at the asylum before, so his powers would be new just because he never knew Loboto had them. His main concern would be Lob accidentally setting his hair on fire or reading his mind or something. Basically, if Loboto learns to use them, he doesn't particularly care
