While technically not a true ‘dungeon’ as Helgen is a town, I’m counting it and Helgen Keep’s depths as one regardless.

Even with all that in mind, though, there’s not much to say about Helgen. It gets marginally more interesting when the bandits move in, but it’s fairly boring. Bleak Falls Barrow serves as a better introduction to the idea of dungeoneering- this is just the tutorial showing mechanics and trying to make it feel distinct or dungeon-ish. Still, it’s not the worst! It’d be a 2 if not for the nostalgic feeling that speedrunning Helgen gives me.
