teach me how to be body confident? i'm very self-conscious of my body and always feel fat :(
I am the wrong person to be asking that honey :S I'm not all that body confident myself, i have breakdowns and cry if i'm trying to decide what to wear that doesn't make me look fat or stupid all the time :(
also i don't think body positivity can be taught, it's up to you to either do something about the problem such as eating more healthy and exercising, no crash diets or no eating because that will just make everything a whole lot worse.
or find a way to accept how your body looks, dress to your body shape but if you're a chunky marshmallow like me it doesn't mean you have to wear lame plus size clothing there are some AWESOME brands out there that have plus size clothes (you'll find links to them on the youtube i suggested down below) and aslong as you're rocking the frock out of those clothes and feeling confident even if it's fake confidence at first you'll feel a whole lot better!!
my 'muse' of sorts that helps me feel a little better about how i look is miss Helen MelonLady on youtube, she's a super hot chunky marshmallow like me yet she's confident and wears the cutest clothes and doesn't really give a damn about what people think of her weight, i suggest you go watch some of her videos, they really cheer me up when i'm feeling down in the dumps about my body!!

Helen Melonlady is one of my favourite youtubers. She is gorgeous and is so confident in her own skin. :) she makes me feel good for being a bigger short woman. :p plus her style is awesome. :DΒ and she is so true about so many things like when you're in a relationship with someone you get to a point where you are really relaxed and end up eating a lot of crap.
I don't live with my boyfriend but whenever we do spend time together we consume so much food. We have a lot of takeaways and eat out too which is bad. I wouldn't have them otherwise. I eat well the rest of the week. :p
