Weekend getaway!!
A few weeks ago I won a little getaway via the power of social networking and my husband and I are taking full advantage of the trip this weekend.
We are staying in a nearby, but swanky hotel, in a luxury suite, complete with breakfast every morning, a specially prepared and wine paired dinner for two, a couples massage (!) and FREE VALET(!!) Why am I more excited about free parking? Â I'm not sure, but perhaps my priorities will change this weekend.Â
I cannot wait to relax, put my feet up and have my bed made every morning. (again, not sure why the obsession with the amenities.)
We are kicking it off with some casual dinner and drinks with friends and if this is the only vacation we get to go on this summer, well, I wouldn't have it any other way.
