do you really think twins are aegon’s or aemond’s ?

My prediction is that aemond and heleana feel for each other and aemond spent time with kids. But i dont feel aemond truly did anything about it, neither heleana did. But they probably behave more like husband and wife and father and mother than aegon and heleana ever did

but like heleana said at toast, aegon fucks her but aemond acts like her husband and her baby daddy except for fucking kissing or anything else

It's a solid premise, one that I could see and is pretty close to mine.

My theory is that it is only recently that Helaena has realized that Aemond is in love with her. As I said in my theory "The Beast Beneath the Boards" in my "Team Green Highlights for 1x09" I think that the Beast beneath the boards is Aemond and that all the anger and animosity in Helaena during that episode is her vibing and connecting to Aemond on a mental level. That her words "We are fated to want most what we cannot have." was her retrospective of what she was feeling from Aemond. And the moment that he walks into the room, That look from Helaena is her realization that what she was feeling was Aemond, and the thing he wants is her.

And in that context, Their closeness physically afterward is her accepting without saying his feelings - returning them. I think that a lot of Helaena's anger and dark looks at the coronation is the realization that someone had loved her the entire time, truely loved her, and she was robbed of that unconditional and deeply romantic love that she was resigned to believe that no one ever felt for her.

I think going forward, I wouldn't be surprised if Helaena is the catalyst for their relationship. Unlike Alicent and Criston who are also in love but cleave to their vows and honor. I don't think Helaena has that hang up. She'll want Aemond to make love to her, just so she knows what it is to make love.

I don't think that Aemond is the father of her children. Like I said, I think that Helaena has only recently discovered that Aemond loves her and that she actually loves him back. I think, hopefully, in Season 2, they'll explore that dynamic.

I'd love to see Aegon walk in on Aemond and Helaena and get all the drama and crazy energy of Aegon being weird and slightly unhinged about it. Like, he tries to play like it doesn't bother him, but he's baiting Aemond and Helaena the entire time.

"Go on, finish ... you don't want that rumor going around do you, little brother? That Aemond "One-eye" can't finish, not even in his big sister."

Then they start fighting physically and Criston has to break it up and then everyone knows about Helaena and Aemond. And then Alicent and Criston have to somehow negotiate a peace between their three eldest children who are in a love-triangle.

Aemonds my baby boy and I love Helaena endlessly but I have really complex feelings about it. Because I think Aemond loves Helaena very deeply and Helaena probably feels similarly but I haven't figured out how it is that love manifests. Like I don't ship it, but I do see how people see it. There's a tenderness between them that can be read a few ways but definitely not ignored.

I do know I don't really believe Aemond's the twins father. I just feel like Aemond has such a sense of duty, just like his mother, and he cares about Alicent's opinion and happiness too much. He would never be able to act on his feelings. We saw how he immediately bowed his head and prayed at that dinner table - he cares about this stuff. He's seen his whole life how Alicent condemns Rhaenyra and her children for them not being trueborn. Both he and Helaena have seen the damage rumours of illegitimacy can do. Imagine the damage if they were caught together? If theres the tiniest chance the twins are Aemond's then Aegon knew. In fact it would've had to have been his plan. he likely would have had to beg Aemond. I don't see Aegon doing that; Helaena herself said it, Aegon doesn't want her but he turns to alcohol, not his brother.
