Two siblings of hunger and war seek comfort after the tragedy of their brother's betrayal. To each other they are bequeathed one of two twins: Aym and Baal. Baal becomes a solid strategist and a relentless warrior for the god of war, Aym a semi-feral gladiator and scourge of Anura. The Bishops agree to keep one twin a secret from the other, until one war conference brings the Bishops together...with them, two warriors finding each other by chance. They're both so alike, so familiar, how could their hearts not grow aflutter? They must see each other again, though their masters forbid to pursue the love of other mortals....

Aym aimless (haha) after in vain trying to find purpose without his master and brother....trapped in a world that claws at his senses, without relief...he's so desperate to vent, that frustration visibly building Heket sees it and comes to him. She knows, because she recognizes that anger at a world that's moved on without you in herself. So they spar together, let all their anger sing through blows of their elbows, let their sorrow of being left behind scream through their rising kicks, until by the end theyre both bloodied, laughing, an holding hands. they taste and swap each other's blood. this is their sanctuary
