If any of you have ever been to The Milestone in Charlotte,NC you’re not likely to forget it. The club is dirty, run-down and best of all authentic. All the way down to the Bad Brains tags on the wall. You’re not going to feel safe on the way there, and probably not on your first visit, but not-so-faint of heart have enjoyed many quality shows there over the years. This mecca, if you will is one of the places you may have seen Andy The Doorbum either working or performing (a biographical name to say the least).

I've joined Hectagons! and Kali Yuga
I'm now in two bands that I'm super excited about.
Hectagons! is mathy and progressive rock/metal. The instrumentation includes Drums, Sax, Upright, Guitar, Banjo, Trombone, Samples, Maschine and yet it's only FOUR MEMBERS. I just got finished recording the guys this week at Fresh Ground in Mt Holly, NC. Now I'm in the process of writing my parts. I've got all kinds of ideas for this!
Kali Yuga is funky and intellectual jazz/fusion. We're talking meter changes every bar type shit. I'm more of an auxiliary percussionist in this group (still on Maschine though). The first rehearsal I attended at their place I noticed a whiteboard with numbers all over it.
