I’m delighted my rambling proved to be a recreational activity rather than a cry for help. I do try to keep it engaging. Like if I’m going to yap, I might as well make it a performance. At this point it’s too late to stop anyway. The brand has solidified. I am now simply that blogger. The one who does not shut up. Ever.

And YES, I see the Emilute crowd too! But Abel x Lute does something feral to me on a molecular level. We’re in an era absolutely FLOODED with girlbosses in fic, and Lute is the premium deluxe edition: the trauma, rage, competence, repression, the whole damn package. And then you put her next to Abel, who is basically a soft cinnamon roll with morals and kindness?? Why are people sleeping on them. Why are they ignoring this top-tier dynamic. Open your EYES. PLEASE.

According to my extensive research (read: me falling down the Tumblr archive at 2 a.m.), the small but mighty Abel x Lute truther community has floated HolyBlades and HolyWarrior, which I get, I respect the intent… but personally? HeavenFall owns my entire soul. You cannot look me in the eye and tell me Gravity wasn’t about Lute descending, unraveling, falling—angel to something else. I refuse. I will not be silenced! Hsncjdidjd.

Fully finished ref sheet for the concept of an upgraded Bakugo for my (not yet released) fancomic.

This takes heavy inspiration from a wide variety of works, especially official designs, and that one amazing design by artist Abraya (あばらや) on Pixiv.

💥“Blast Harness V.2” – Bakugo’s Enhanced Gear + Quirk Hybrid Combat System 💥

Weapon/Gear: Repulsor Gauntlets + Nitro Amplifier Rig

Sleeker, modular design compared to the old grenade gauntlets.

Micro-rocket mounted to the elbows of the gauntlets act like directional thrusters for mid-air control.

Integrated chemical amp cartridges (Hatsume’s design): belt of fused nitroglycerin vials to supercharge his sweat explosions.

Mechanics:

Recoil Dampening: 37% strain reduction on arms, allowing him to push his body harder without tearing ligaments.

Blast Channelling: Energy is focused into compressed streams, precise “laser-like” detonations or wide concussive bursts.

Amp Injection: Can load a vial to temporarily increase destructive yield, at the risk of overheating his gauntlets.

Mobility Boost: The elbow fixed rockets, and repulsors at the palms double as maneuvering thrusters, letting him perform sharper turns, hover bursts, or stabilize during big detonations. (think Ironman + Genos hybrid)

Combat Style Upgrades:

Rapid Precision Fire: Short, targeted blasts that can cut through cover without collateral damage.

Heavy Arsenal Mode: Overloaded gauntlets turn into destructive cannons capable of razing large targets.

Apex Detonation (Upgraded):

Refined from his fight with Ayanami, now more controlled.

Can unleash a Full Blast version safely with gauntlet reinforcement.

“Zero Point Detonator”, channels all sweat into a beam-like explosion, a straight-line inferno that pierces instead of scatters. (Think Genos' "Incinerate")

Amp Chains: Bakugo can slam multiple vials ("safe" max range of 4) in sequence, stacking explosive force until the gauntlets roar like afterburning jet engines.

Strategic Depth:

Bakugo can now have a powerful combo of precision and overwhelming raw power. Precision for tactical fighting and raw force for demolition.

Rocket thrusters mean he can dogfight in 3D space more effectively, almost like a human jet.

The amp vials allow for two choices: use them sparingly for finishing blows, or risk burnout by chaining them to end fights quickly.

Finisher Concept – “Apex Convergence”

Using multiple vials + maximum sweat compression, Bakugo channels everything into his gauntlets then releases a focused, nuclear-level blast that ignites everything in its path.

So powerful that the aftermath leaves scorched lines across the battlefield, like claw marks from a fire god.

Visual/Design Notes:

Sleek black-and-green, as well as orange & red gauntlets with glowing vent seams.

Smaller and lighter than the grenade bracers, but meaner in profile.

Belt of vials across his waist and chest, like a bandolier, orange in color. 

Connected vial chain feeds from the vial bandolier to the gauntlets.

After firing, spent vials eject out with a crisp shhh-clink like a shotgun.

Gauntlets hiss and glow when charged, rocket thrusters sparking like afterburners.

Essentially turns him into a living war machine, a mix between a hero, fighter jet, and nuke.

So many survivors from the last eps are died…it’s so sad.
