I double reinforce all seems on the bag itself as well as the removable, envelope style pillow case. ****************************************** Heat or Cold therapy pack will come with directions for exact use and heating or cooling instructions to use for Therapy or just to keep yourself warm. Each heat pack cover that I make, I use unique designed, handpicked, coordinated stitching on the fold opening. Measurements are in the photos. My handmade Rice heat packs are a generous 11 inches long by 5 inches wide. Keep in mind that I made these with "old school" intentions. The motto is, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" My Grandmother and my Mother in law both use simple rice packs for their own relief and warmth during the winter time and all year round. They never added any aromatherapy or herbs to theirs. Of course, if you would prefer, you can always add herbs to my pack since the case has an envelope style. Simply add dried herbs in the flap or spritz the pillow with your favorite herbal aroma. I chose not to include any fragrance simply because not everyone is a fan of them. Some people have reactions to some herbs. I thought it best to keep options open while also keeping these great little packs as simple as possible while becoming a lot more versatile and convenient too being that the case can come off and be washed!
