“So, I’m guess that your hand’s feeling better,” Tristan remarked as the class broke for a water break. He’d pushed them a bit harder than usual during the warmup so most of the students were gratefully scattering to catch their breath. Overall, pretty normal for a midterm class.
He’d been a little worried about Heather after the incident at the drug store, but she still seemed to fair better than a lot of the other students. It was reassuring to have some visual confirmation that she hadn’t suffered any lasting injuries as well.
