I couldn't really find any illustrations of that last chapter, so I'm going to post another from "Heart Vine".

So the new emperor has taken over (Kokiden's son) and this is not good for Genji because Kokiden really hates his guts. Everyone is now complaining about his "romantic adventures".

The emperor chides him about his affair with the older lady, even though he's involved with so many other more complicated affairs. There's this other woman, Princess Asagao, whom Genji is trying to court but she is not having any of it and does not reply to his poems.

The Rokujo lady (he had an affair with her in chapter 3 i believe) i still upset with the way things ended between her and Genji. There's some angsty thoughts between this two throughout the chapter.

Later, Genji's wife Aoi is being possessed by an angry spirit (actually, she's just about to give birth, but lets go with possession). The exorcists go over Genji's list of ladies (THEY HAVE A LIST TOO) and the determine that the only woman who is jealous enough to have created an angry spirit is the Rokujo lady. This reminds Genji that he really should go see that girl so he visits her for some lovin.

He goes back home and his wife is in labor and pretty much dying. In this moment, Genji realizes how beautiful she actually is (wow...). She gives birth to a beautiful boy, who looks like that other child he has. Oh right, that other child. Genji goes to see that kid and Aoi dies shortly after. Aoi's father says that she was pretty possessed, so she might still revive in a few days. However, after she starts rotting, they have to go through with the funeral. 

Genji mourns for a very long time. He doesn't even have the urge to go lady hunting. To no Chujo tries to cheer him up, by dressing nice and manly. It kind of works.

One night, Genji summons several women in the Sanjo palace to keep him company. Orgy? Cuddlefest? I'm not totally sure. Genji and everyone else ever is mourning. 

Finally, Genji returns to his house, and Murasaki is looking of legal age. There's some unclarity here; Genji says he could not restrain himself, and one morning Murasaki refuses to get out of bed. He totally raped her. Genji tries to explain that was the whole reason he took her home in the first place, and Murasaki is super confused because I don't think anyone really explained to her what her fate was. Genji gives her some candy to make her feel better.

With the current speed of development I am estimating a fully playable basic version of the game finished by this weekend. That doesn't mean it will be released, but it will give me and heartvine and idea on things we need to fix, improve, add and change.
