My BIGGEST headcanon is that they would both vehemently deny that they were interested in each other/have slept with each other (I definitely think the relationship" would've started as an accidental hookup), and then they'd both get offended, to varying degrees, that the other was denying it! Like, it doesn't matter to me how the hookup happens, but I just can't see it any other way lol
