You could be someone after my own heart. I feel Im a lone Asimov robots-lover crying in the wilderness. I first read him when I was 15 - a few decades ago now - and recently I re-read him and - fell in love. Fell in love. Bigtime. Daneel and Giskard completely stole my heart and, like Susan Calvin, I often feel robots are a ‘better cleaner breed’ than humans.
Sad thing is though, Asimov just isn’t fashionable now, so any communities and fandoms there are are all tiny and isolated.
Saw your artwork and LOVED the Daneel and Dors sibling thing. Ive always felt Daneel should have a strong fashion-sense, to complement his stunning looks and figure. And Dors is the sexiest robot ever!
Hope you find this message as I couldn’t find anywhere else in which to post a message to you, or to add my ‘like’. Tumblr may have the best Asimov fandom going at the moment, but I find it one helluva frustrating and illogical site to navigate, and only the love of Giskard and Daneel (and their sidekick Lije (!)) brings me back to it.
