Ted Tonks & Andromeda Black - Marauders Era

After one successful endeavour in matchmaking you were trying your hand at another. It was evident to anyone except Ted and Andromeda themselves that they were into each other. Eventually you had set them up on a study date and told Andromeda to make a move. But she was stubborn.

As you watched the two from the other side of the library you could hear Andromeda’s thoughts. /Y/N says he likes me, but.... how could he like someone like me?/ At this pace they were never going to get together.

Bruce Banner / the Hulk - Avengers

You had gotten injured during your training session with Pietro. And despite you brushing it off they had ordered you to let Bruce take a look at the injuries. So you complied. 

/I’m going to kill that kid./ Bruce thought as he addressed your injuries. “He should have been more careful.”

“Bruce, it’s just a scratch.” You sighed. “And I told him not to go easy on me. I can handle myself. I’m not a kid anymore.” 

Sam Winchester - Supernatural

You were reading when some disgruntled thoughts disrupted your own. Looking up you found Sam sleeping on the couch with his brows furrowed. Nightmares. Not uncommon for hunters. And certainly not uncommon for Sam Winchester. Still this one seems worse than others he’s had the last few weeks. 

“Stiles” Stilinski - Teen Wolf

You  knew you were in the hospital after your encounter with Theo. And you knew your friends were around you. But you couldn’t hear their voices, just their thoughts.

/I should’ve been there. I should’ve stopped them or gone with them. I should’ve been there to protect Y/N like I promised./ It was Stiles. Stiles was beating himself up about not being there when you faced Theo. About not being able to save you. /Scott, shut up. I’ve heard this more than enough. I get it, give it a rest. God damn it./ He was getting more and more frustrated, to the point where was getting aggressive. /Why couldn’t Liam have gotten there earlier, then maybe.../

James Potter - Marauders Era

You were hanging with the Marauders, laughing and enjoying yourselves. And James was smiling. That one smile. The sweet and shy little smile that seemed to be reserved for only one person, you. And now you could also hear his thoughts.

/Why does Y/N always make me smile? This isn’t like Sirius making me laugh. Around Y/N I just can’t.... It’s different than with Lily, but could I.... Could I maybe, be into them?/  He bit his lip and looked down at his hands.
