Short break from postings as we’ve been in our annual Winter break, but a lovely welcome back to receive this years recognition in the @theaa_uk Guide’s Notable Wine List. Some may know that our amazing Head Sommelier, @soulene07 left at the end of last year to open a new hotel in her native France (and we wish her all the best!) but she has passed the torch to our fabulous new Head Sommelier @agn.swi . We’re super excited to see what’s in store for guests and for her collaborations with the kitchen!
