when he was a human he used to work in a temple . we're talking about vv old days so he basically just had rags to wear .
he was somewhat a slave ? he'd sweep the floors and clean the statues and sometimes he'd get beaten up pretty badly when he wouldn't do his job right . he died of starvation when he was 40 years old .
until then he wasn't taught how to speak properly because his owners didn't think it was necessary , he wasn't a clever kid either so he didn't learn it from other people . he'd just mimic their words somehow if he ever saw another human being outside the temple .
the god who reincarnated him as a demon was the same one that the temple was dedicated to . actually it was supposed to make him a holy being but veelak destroyed the temple and somehow managed to kill that god after 100 years .

he can't come to your bedroom if you have mirrors . he hates them ew .
he's very old , yet he doesn't like living between the humans or learning about them . he's just gonna come to you if you summon him .
your physical form is easy to torture but after you die he can't quite touch your soul ; you have to give it to him willingly . which is something i don't recommend bc if he falls in love with you ( kinda impossible but we silly 😜 ) or finds you entertaining , he won't let you die . forever . he'll just play w you .
