On the Tao "He's darker than I am, isn't he?" Issue
Let me just clarify some things here before I start.

Comments and jabs about skin color are hurtful. If you've never been on the receiving end (or don't know someone who has been), then you wouldn't know. I myself am light skinned, so I haven't gotten slammed about my skin tone like my mother has. "You'd be pretty if you weren't so black" <-----Exact words said to my mother. You guys.
Huang Zitao is a human being. Nonetheless, he's an easily excitable Chinese nineteen year old kid. He's bound to slip up.
Asian beauty standards highlight pale skin. Does that mean that television hosts and group mates have to bring up Kai's darker skin with the frequency they do? Fuck no. Don't use the culture as a cover-up or an excuse. These kids are international super stars whether that was their aim or not. People with darker skin tones like them. They should try to at least be conscious of that.
I'm sure Kai's a big boy and can handle this himself.

Many of the Band Kids at my school are writing long heartfelt posts on Facebook about a band teacher who was forced to resign at our school. So all the posts literally make it sound like this guy is dead and they are writing in his remembrance, which is totally ridiculous. Also there was a reason that he was kicked out. It is not that he got cut, he literally was told he had to resign because of something he did that was against the rules. So really it is getting quite annoying.
