EYES  DON’T  SHIFT.  PRESENCE  HAD  BEEN  FELT.  it’s  one  he  is  used  to  already  that  it  doesn’t  set  any  alarms  in  the  paranoid  vigilante.  the  words  are  familiar  though;  alike  the  face.  it  seems  a  lot  of  people  are  worried  about  him  these  days.    or  perhaps  they  always  were  and  now  he  is  just  noticing  it.  “why  is  that?“  and  then,  a  short  pause  as  he  finally  looks  back  toward  alice.  “the  fact  that  I  dress  like  a  bat  to  beat  up  criminals  or  is  it  something  else?”  dry  humor,  perhaps,  an  aspect  he  misses  of  jason  and  his  unfiltered  mood.
