What are some of your sources of inspiration for your chapters? Like, are the settings based on places you've been or do you make them up off the top of your head?
The settings are kindof based loosely on areas I’ve visited, but I tend to try and keep the actualareas in the stories generic. I startwith a rough sort of plot ark for the characters to follow, and work around thekind of scenery or setting that is interesting while staying on track with theinitial plot. I think ‘who they’re gonnadeal with’ and ‘where they hang’, and research a bit about related locations.
