A few months ago i travelled back home to a little town called hay on Wye on the Welsh border for a trail run.. We started from the playing fields (football ground) and made our way through the common and eventually onto the hay bluff base β°οΈπ We continued the small climb up and over the top and right to the back of the black mountains then returned the same route back down. All in all it was a great 20 mile stress free run with an old friend I was in school with Alex ππ by the way this was his first distance run lol and he smashed it with me he felt sorry for himself at the end tho π either way it was a great morning out in the lush fresh air of the Welsh mountain.
