they meet when Rebecca sees him in the student center wearing a very borrowable leather jacket and says to Riza, “Hold that thought. I’m gonna go steal that guy’s jacket.” And then Riza is like “What?” But before she can really ask, Rebecca is gone, only to return a minute later wearing said jacket. And then Riza is like, “How did you manage that?” And Rebecca shrugs and answers, “I told him I was cold.” And then adds, “Also we’re going to a movie on Friday.”

Jean tried to look away before she could see that, but Rebecca was observant and blunt. He kept his eyes to the window, trying to buy himself time to compose himself and will the tears to dry up. “It’s the medicinal marijuana, Doc gave it to me for the pain.”
Rebecca walked around the side of the bed so he couldn’t avoid looking at her. He crushed a cigarette in the ashtray to make his point, like she wasn’t aware of what a blunt looked like. “That’s bullshit.”
“That’s right, I can’t feel anything.” He said and just sank back into his pillow in defeat. He was getting sick of the visitors, of the pity and sitting…no lying on the sidelines. If she could cut to the cold hard facts, so could he. No use in her sticking around if the one thing she used him for wasn’t working. “Thought Riza would have told you about my condition.”
She sat down on the bed beside him. “Yeah, she said you might be coming home to East City. Discharge is in the works.”
“You know what I’m saying Bec.”
She leaned over and caressed his face and placed a kiss on his lips. She ran her hand over the stubble growing on his chin. “Yeah, that asshole boss of yours can’t order you to dump me because you don’t work for him or the military anymore.”
He was worn down from the false optimism. Breda and his physical therapy, Mustang and his damned alchemy and everyone else who wanted to pretend there was hope of him regaining the use of his legs. Rebecca’s hurt the most because she was so open and vocal about what she wanted in a man and now he couldn’t even meet her physical requirements. “Nothing works below the waist.”
“Good thing you’re a boob guy.” She said and grabbed his hands and placed them on her breasts. “And I have a great rack.”
For the first time in a week he cracked a smile, for the first time in months it was actually genuine.
Rebecca and Riza are having a girl’s night at Central’s hottest club, Club Immortality, to celebrate Rebecca’s new job. Things get interesting when Rebecca’s phone goes missing and she enlists one of the bouncers to help her find it.
A/N: A very old request by both @random-rave and @royaigarbage. #13 - “I could kiss you right now!” from these prompts.

Rebecca
I take another sip of my drink and throw my head back, my hips swaying in time with the deep bass. The music is loud, the alcohol is strong, and the lighting is low—exactly perfect conditions for a night out. There are bodies everywhere because the club is packed, but I don’t care. I’m here to drink and to dance.
I steal a look to the edge of the room where Riza is still sitting at the bar. She’s supposed to be celebrating with me, but she’s still on her first drink. I wave to her, but she shakes her head. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that she’s over this scene since she spends so much time here, considering her boyfriend is the owner, but I can’t let that stop me from having some fun.
The song changes, and a smoke machine releases thick clouds from the ceiling, obstructing my view of her. Turning to the crowd, I lose myself in the moment, my body moving on its own. I make eye contact with a criminally attractive hot guy a few feet away and he moves closer, his large body crowding mine as the loud beat vibrates through us. I feel a trickle of sweat drip down my temple, and I reach up to lift my hair off my neck.
The guy’s hand finds my hip, holding me closer. I bite my lip and look to the ceiling. His head leans down until his nose brushes my exposed ear. I gasp, shutting my eyes as his tongue runs along the column of my neck.
“You taste like sex,” he rumbles into my ear. “I want it.”
I shake my head and playfully shove him, turning my back. His hand moves with me, sliding around to my pelvis, moving up my ribs. I lean my head back onto his shoulder and sway with him, my fingers running up his neck.
“Wanna get out of here?” he asks loudly to be heard over the music.
“Not yet,” I answer somewhat truthfully.
I don’t plan on leaving with him at all. I’m here with Riza, after all. Right now, I’m just having a little fun.
“If you say so.”
His hands go to my hips, pulling me back against him. I gasp at the feel of his boner against my ass. I frown and roll my eyes before reaching behind me and sliding my hand down between us. He grunts as I palm him over his pants, using the distraction to turn to face him again. With my hand still on his crotch, I lean up and shout in his ear.
“I’ll let you know when I want this, got it?”
He grins devilishly, and I suppress another eye roll, his hands sliding around my back. I let him fist my hair as I trail my fingers up and down his chest. After another song, I use my empty drink as an excuse to leave the floor. When I make it back to Riza, I feel sticky and out of breath.
“You okay?”
“Just a little overheated,” I gasp with a smile, fanning myself with my hand as I slide onto the stool beside her.
And a little aroused. I knew I wasn’t taking Hot Guy home tonight, but that doesn’t mean what he was doing to me wasn’t effective as hell at making me wet.
“You looked like you were about to be arrested for public indecency,” Riza chimes in.
“This is a private club,” I remind her. “As the owner’s girlfriend you should know that.”
“That doesn’t make it a sex club,” she points out, sipping her drink. “And I really don’t love the idea of having to explain to Roy why my best friend got thrown out for having anonymous sex on the dance floor.”
“Calm your tits, Riza. Sex with that guy was never on the table.”
“He didn’t seem to know that.”
“Yeah, well…he didn’t need to.” I shrug.
“Hey, what time is it?” she asks suddenly. “We can’t stay out too late. I need to check on Hayate, and you have work in the morning.”
“Oh, let me check.”
It wouldn’t do for me to finally get the P.A. position I wanted only for me to fuck up and lose it by being late on my first day. Sliding the hem of my dress up my thigh, I reach for my phone in the lace holster I’m wearing except…
“Hey, have you seen my phone?” I turn back to Riza and scan the floor around where we’re standing.
“What?” she frowns. “I thought you had it.”
“So, did I.” I show her my empty thigh band, and she blinks.
“Where did you have it last?”
I reach up and lift my hair off my neck with both hands, still scanning the ground. “I don’t know. Out there I guess.”
I look out into the sea of grinding, rolling, sweating bodies as the music swells around us. This isn’t good.
“Do you think he took it?”
“What?” I frown.
“That guy, the one you were all over. Do you think he could’ve taken your phone?”
I blink and suddenly remember his fingers trailing up my thigh while his teeth nipped at my ear. I wasn’t even thinking about my phone, but now…
“I think so, maybe.” I nod. “I’m not sure, but how do we find him anyway?”
There’s no way I’ll be able to track him down inside that throng.
“We could try calling it?” she suggests, handing me her phone.
I start to pick my name off of her favorites when I stop.
“He took it on purpose. Why would he answer it now?”
“Maybe he’s trying to get your attention?”
I roll my eyes and call my phone. If he is trying to get my attention, this is a stupid way to do it.
“Straight to voicemail,” I mutter darkly, handing the phone back to her. “Shit.”
“Okay, come with me. I have an idea.”
I don’t bother asking what it is, because anything she can think of is better than the pile of nothing I have to offer.
God. I would get my phone stolen by a hot guy the night before I start my new job, but, in my defense, I didn’t think “criminally attractive” meant he was actually a criminal!
Riza leads us to the far side of the dance floor where private booths are set up on a roped-off platform for priority guests. There are bouncers standing by to make sure only guests with VIP access gain entry. Of course, her boyfriend. Why didn’t I think of that? Though I’m not sure what he’s going to do, exactly.
“Which booth is he in?” I ask her as we get closer.
“What?” She frowns at me.
“Your boyfriend. Which one?”
“Oh, no,” she stops near one of the entrances. “Roy isn’t here. He didn’t want to steal your thunder tonight, so he’s working from home.”
“What?” I blink at her, momentarily distracted from the panic of having my phone stolen. “What does ‘working from home’ even look like for a rich night club owner?”
“Drinking whiskey and watching HBO, I assume,” she mutters. “I’ll find out after we get your phone back.”
“Right.” I nod. “So…what are we doing over here then?”
“Havoc,” she says loudly to the bouncer beside her. “This is my friend, Rebecca.” She signals toward me, and I step closer.
Holy shit. Bouncer Guy is HOT. Like, I wasn’t really paying attention before because, well, phone stolen by a literally criminally hot guy, but whoa. Not only does he have hair exactly my preferred shade of golden blonde and a jaw line that could cut diamonds, but he is ripped. Like, his entire torso—chest, shoulders, arms—is positively Herculean, and his black shirt does nothing to hide it, which is probably good since he’s supposed to be muscle here.
“Um, hi,” I semi-shout over the pounding bass when I realize they’re both staring at me, waiting for me to say something. “Havoc,” I add, shifting my weight.
“Jean.” He grins, and I let out a tiny gasp when I feel a spasm between my legs. “What can I do for you ladies?”
A thousand dirty responses flash through my mind at his question. Luckily, I don’t say any of them.
“An asshole stole my phone,” I tell him loudly.
His eyebrows rise and he turns to look at Riza, crossing his arms.
“What happened?”
“She was dancing.” Riza throws a hand out toward the pulsating crush of people. “He came up to her; they danced together, and at some point, he snatched her phone.”
He looks back over at me, his eyes traveling up…and then back down. Another spasm. Damn his stupidly blue eyes. They can see straight through me.
“Where?” he asks suddenly, still looking me over.
I blink.
“What?”
“Where was your phone?”
I feel my cheeks go slightly pink, but I try to ignore it.
“Here.” I thrust out my leg and slide the fabric of my dress up, revealing in the empty holster.
“Aha…” he says slowly, meeting my eyes. “And you didn’t notice it?”
“We were kind of…physical while we were dancing,” I explain as I stand and adjust my hem. “Anyway, can you help me?”
“Maybe. Follow me.”
Jean leads us away from the noise to an almost invisible door on the back wall. It leads to a hallway, which has other doors, one of which leads to a security office of some kind. Jean ducks inside and pulls out a chair in front of a computer screen and waves for me to sit down.
“Look through this footage and tell me when you see your guy.”
Leaning over me from behind, he pulls up the cameras from the front door and starts replaying it from the beginning of the night.
“I’m gonna call Roy really quick,” Riza says suddenly. “I’ll be back.”
She slips out the door, and Jean leans down more, his arm brushing my cheek as he shifts the mouse.
“Anything yet?”
“No, not—wait! That’s him! That’s the hot guy!”
I point to the dark man on the screen.
“Really?” he asks with more than a hint of surprise. “You’re sure?”
“Yeah. Of course.”
“So that’s your type then?” he mutters, with an annoying amount of judgement. “Circle sunglasses and a fur-lined vest?”
“What? No!” I crane my neck to glare at him. “Shut up. Who asked you anyway?”
He laughs softly, and I feel like growling. It’s not like he was wearing the glasses and vest when we were dancing. If we were, I clearly wouldn’t have been into it. Ugh.
“Move over, sweetheart.”
I open my mouth to tell him not to call me “sweetheart” when he shoves my rolling chair aside and starts doing things to the computer. When he stands up, he grabs my hand and pulls me to my feet.
“I sent his face out to all of our guys. If anyone sees him, they’ll hold him, so if he hasn’t already left the building, we can probably get your phone back.”
“Really?” I whisper. “You can?”
“Sure.” His pocket vibrates, and I watch him slide out a slim black phone. “Looks like we caught him already. Let’s go.”
Taking my hand again, he leads us back to the main room and around to the bar.
Where Not-So-Hot Guy is sitting, waiting for a drink.
“Excuse me, are you–”
“Give me my phone, jerk,” I interrupt from behind Jean.
“I’m sorry,” Not-So-Hot Guy grins slowly. “What was that?”
“Mr. Rice?” Jean asks, moving in front of me. “It seems this young lady lost her phone earlier. She seems to think you might have located it.”
The guy pretends to think and gives his head a small shake before raising a finger to his lips.
“Hmm. I don’t remember finding a phone. Sorry, but I don’t think I can help you.”
“I know you have it,” I hiss.
“Just hand over the phone, and I won’t have the owner eighty-six you for life,” Riza moves up beside Havoc and crosses her arms.
Not-So-Hot Guy whistles low as he appraises her.
“I’m not really sure you’re in a position to make such a threat, but damn you look fine doing it.”
“As his girlfriend, I think I’m in a pretty good position.”
“Oh, you’re Mustang’s girl?” his eyes glint. “Care to share what other positions he puts you in?”
Riza tenses, and Jean steps forward.
“I think that’s enough. Before I escort you out, I’m going to have to search you.”
“Search me?” Jerkface stands up, a sneer twisting his features. “I don’t think that’s legal.”
“Legal or not it’s policy to prevent guests from being robbed, so unless you care to produce that phone now, I–”
“Just hand it over, creep.” I step out from behind Jean and glare at the guy. “Why do you want it so badly anyway?”
“Oh, did you say a phone?” he feigns realization. “I found one of those earlier. Actually, I was just about to give it to this nice bartender here.”
His eyes are seething behind his false smile as he pulls my phone out of his pocket. I snatch it, and move away from him, checking to make sure it’s all right.
“See, that wasn’t so hard,” Jean smirks at him. “But since you insulted Ms. Hawkeye, I’m afraid I’m going to have to have Breda escort you out.”
“What? That’s bullshit! I gave her damn phone back–”
The stout bartender comes around and grabs the guy by the scruff of his collar and starts dragging him to the door. When he’s gone, Riza’s phone rings. She walks away to answer it, leaving me alone with Jean.
“Is everything there?” he asks over my shoulder.
“What? Oh, yes.” I hold up my phone. “God. I have no idea what I would do without this thing. Seriously, I could kiss you right now!”
He blinks, and I feel heat rush into my face.
“Not that I—I didn’t mean–”
“Hey, if you’re offering,” he interrupts, lowering his head to mine, “I’m not going to stop you.”
I stare at him, unable to formulate a response to that.
“I’ll take that as a ‘no,’ for now,” he grins slowly.
“What?” I whisper.
His grin spreads wider, and I reach up to put a hand on my chest where my heart is tripping wildly.
“Here’s my number,” he goes on, pulling a business card out of his pocket. “Feel free to call me anytime.” He pauses and meets my eyes before finishing, “Becca.”
“Okay, yeah.” I swallow and nod. “I will.”
“I’ll be looking forward to it.”
He walks away before I can say anything else, and I’m startled by Riza touching my shoulder. How long was I staring after him? It feels like I forgot how to breathe.
“Ready to go?”
“I think so.” I tuck my phone and the business card back into my thigh holster.
She looks past me, and then studies my face.
“You and Jean seemed to be flirting pretty heavily.”
“What? No,” I lie lamely. “That was–”
“You’re right,” she breaks in. “It was more of light seduction than flirting.”
I blink at her, but she grins, and pulls me toward the door.
“Come on. You have work tomorrow, and Hayate is waiting for me. Plus, I know you’re dying to get home so you can text Jean something naughty.”
I start to tell her I wasn’t going to do that, but the look she’s giving me says not to bother. She knows me too well, and yes. Maybe I was considering texting Jean, but he gave me his number, so he probably won’t mind.
When we reach the entrance, I look back and scan for him. I spot him for a split second, and I could swear he winked with that stupidly sexy grin on his face.
Yeah. I’m definitely going to text him when I get home. Luckily, he got me my phone back, so I can.
Send me a number and I’ll write a micro story using the word or phrase
(Heads up: I’m not tagging this as ero fic because nothing really happens, but i would consider it smut-adjacent.)

Rebecca whimpered as Jean’s teeth sank into her neck, her pitiful dorm mattress groaning with their combined weight as he shifted above her.
Finally, he thought, moving his lips lower, toward her collarbone. Tonight was the night.
Her roommate was pulling an all-nighter at the library, neither of them had work tomorrow, exams were over…nothing was going to cock block him this time.
“Jean,” she gasped as she reached for the hem of his shirt. “Faster.”
A breathless struggle with zippers, buttons, and clasps amid kisses and moans ensued. He couldn’t move fast enough.
“Wait,” she whispered suddenly, making him freeze. “Did you hear that?”
“Hear what, baby?” Jean rumbled distractedly.
“The door—hide!”
Scrambling off the bed, she pushed him into her closet, shoving his shirt and pants into his chest before shutting him in.
“Riza, you’re back early,” he heard Rebecca say nervously as the door opened.
“I forgot some of my resource notes… Do you have company?”
“What? No! Of course–“
“So these are yours then?”
“Um…”
“You can come out, Jean.”
Before he could answer, the closet door opened, and he frantically shifted his clothes to cover himself.
“You dropped these,” Riza announced, his boxer briefs dangling from her finger.
“Uh, right.” He reached out with one hand and snagged them quickly.
He and Rebecca watched her pick up a stack of papers from her desk before going to the door. Pausing, she looked back at them.
“Just text me when you’re done, okay? And in the future you can leave me a note or something if you want the room to yourself, Becca. There’s no need to shove naked men into closets.”
“Right.”
“Okay, well, you two be safe. I’ll see you after I finish this term paper from hell.”
Without waiting for an answer, she left, the door clicking shut behind her.
“That was…weird,” Jean muttered.
“She’s Riza,” Rebecca shrugged. “Anyway, where were we?”
While out with Team Mustang, Rebecca has a surprise encounter with someone from her past and enlists Lieutenant Havoc’s help getting out of it.
A/N: I know it has been FOR-EV-ER, but I have FINALLY gotten to this request. For @ruikosakuragi and @littlebutfiery from this prompt list. #23 - “Just pretend to be my date.”

Rebecca
What am I doing here?
I glance over at Riza who is in a deep conversation with Kain Fuery about Black Hayate. I turn my head further and find General Mustang chatting with a leggy brunette at the bar, but his eyes keep slipping toward our table.
Hmmm.
I look at Riza again and catch her sneaking a glance over her shoulder.
Yeah. They’re about as subtle as a foghorn.
Still, watching the two of them not-flirt with each other is just about the least exciting evening I could ask for. Not that I don’t appreciate the invitation. I’m a people person. I like to be with everyone and know what’s going on.
What I do not like, is sitting alone in a crowd and feeling antsy because of it.
“So, how have you been, Rebecca?”
I blink and look up to see Lieutenant Havoc taking the seat across from me. It’s still a little strange to see him up and about considering he was in a wheelchair for most of the time I knew him. I haven’t seen him much since after the Promised Day, but I’m glad he has his legs back.
“Oh, you know,” I answer vaguely. “I quit the military after Major Grumman took over as Fürher, and now I’m…figuring things out.”
“Why did you leave?” he pries smoothly, waving at someone behind me to bring us drinks.
“Honestly, he was too demanding.”
I can take a lot, but the way that man delegates, I was running on fumes all day long. I just couldn’t hack it. That, and he had the most annoying habit of stroking my behind when I wasn’t looking.
“As soldiers, isn’t our entire job focused on taking commands?”
“Yes,” I agree, “which is how I knew it was too much. I was a seasoned soldier, don’t forget. I knew how to follow orders. This was something else entirely.”
“Fair point.”
“Anyway, how is your family’s general store doing?”
“I’m not really around there as much as I was. Not since I went back to active duty. My sister is kind of in charge of things, but from what I’ve heard she’s been doing good business. She was even talking about expanding.”
“Oh really? That’s–”
“Rebecca?”
A voice from behind me makes me freeze mid-sentence.
“Rebecca Catalina? Is that really you?” it repeats louder.
“Oh my God,” I whisper. “No way.”
“What? What is it?” Havoc looks over my shoulder and then back at me. “Do you know that guy?”
“Yes, but I wish I didn’t,” I reply hurriedly.
“Well, I think he’s coming over here.”
“Oh no! Really?” I glance back and wince before facing Havoc again. “Quick, move over.”
I slide out of my booth and swing around to his side before he has a chance to react.
“What? Why?”
“Seriously, scoot before I sit in your lap,” I hiss.
“Uh, okay…” he swallows hard, and I want to melt. “But I don’t under–”
“Now put your arm around me,” I cut him off again, panic rising in my voice.
“What the hell, Rebecca? I–”
“Just pretend to be my date,” I demand, forcing a fake smile to my lips. “I’ll pay you back, I swear.”
He raises his eyebrows, but slides his—holy hell that’s a Bicep—arm around me anyway.
“Rebecca, oh my God!”
“Anthony!” I say with as much fake enthusiasm as I can muster. “Hi!”
“Rebecca, I haven’t seen you in ages!”
“Uh-huh,” I nod, elbowing Havoc in the side as he begins laughing silently. “What are you doing here?”
“Well, I came to get out of my house for a little while—you remember my house, right? It just gets so lonely with all those rooms by myself.”
“Oh, I remember,” I mutter bitterly, though he doesn’t seem to catch it.
His wealth was one of the original reasons I was attracted to him. Little did I know, as big as his house is, even it isn’t large enough for his ego.
“I had hoped to have a wife and kids to help fill up the place, but I haven’t met a woman who’s quite up to the task.”
Havoc coughs, and I shoot him a scathing look out of the corner of my eye.
“Besides you, of course,” Anthony adds quickly.
“Great save,” Havoc’s low voice mutters into my ear, and I almost laugh.
“Oh, well, you know,” I start uneasily. “The timing just never really worked out.”
“That’s what I thought too,” Anthony agrees quickly, sitting down in the empty seat across from us. “But when I saw you tonight, I thought, ‘Maybe we didn’t miss our chance.’”
I tense, physically recoiling from him as far as possible.
“Breathe, Becks,” Havoc murmurs. “I got this.”
I look up at him and feel his hand slide over to rest on my thigh, giving it a squeeze.
“Hate to break it to you, pal, but she’s taken.”
I blink and look from him back to Anthony.
“Oh?” Anthony frowns. “You mean… Are you two?”
“Jean and I are a couple,” I announce forcefully, inching closer to my fake boyfriend until I’m pressed tightly to his side.
“Ah. I see.”
“So, I’m afraid she won’t be popping out kids to fill your house any time soon,” Havoc pipes up, barely containing his laughter.
I press my lips together and jab him in the ribs again.
“We’d actually like to be alone, if you don’t mind,” I tell him, as Riza starts coming toward us carrying drinks.
“Rebecca, I–”
I shoo her away with my eyes, and she instantly takes the hint.
“Sorry. I’d didn’t realize you two wanted privacy,” she says, catching on quickly. “I’ll talk to you later.”
“Right,” Anthony speaks up again after she’s walked away. “I guess I should leave you. Sorry if I interrupted your date.”
“Don’t mention it,” Havoc grins good-naturedly. “Have a good night, Antoine.”
“It’s Anthony,” he mutters, indignantly as he stands. “Rebecca, it was nice to see you again.”
He leaves looking disgruntled, and I wait until he’s out of earshot before I start to breathe again.
“Oh my God,” I gasp, dropping my palms onto the table. “I thought he would never leave.”
“Did you actually date that guy?”
“For three months,” I mumble. “And don’t remind me.”
“How did you not go fucking crazy?”
“I think I must’ve been crazy the entire time, or I never would’ve gone out with him.”
He laughs, and his arm still across my shoulders curls me into him again.
“Well, I’m glad I got to be your rescuer.” He grins.
“Thank you so much, by the way. I seriously owe you.”
“I intend to collect on that,” he says softly, sliding out of the booth. “I’m thinking dinner? Next Friday?”
“What?” I blink.
“You said you owe me. To settle things, I’d like to take you out on a real date.”
“A real date? But, Havoc, we don’t even know–”
“Jean,” he cuts me off. “And isn’t the point of a date to get to know each other?”
I chew on my lip for a second before I glance back up at him.
“Fine. It’s a deal, Jean.”
“I think you mean, ‘it’s a date,’” he smirks.
“Right.”
“Have a good night, Rebecca. I’ll see you on Friday.”
He turns and walks over to the table where Lieutenant Breda is in a heated argument with Fuery and Falman. He’s not gone two seconds before Riza slides into the seat across from me.
“What was that about?”
“What?” I turn to face her. “Oh that.” I wave my hand dismissively. “Lieutenant Havoc was just helping me get rid of an ex I didn’t want to talk to.”
“Oh, no, I caught that part. I meant the rest of it.”
“Wh-what?” I stammer. “What rest of it?”
“You and Havoc seemed awfully close for two people pretending to be dating.”
“So?” I sputter. “We…we were just– We had to be convincing.”
“Sure,” she says slowly, making her skepticism plain. “And don’t think I didn’t catch that little exchange at the end.”
I roll my eyes and glare at her when they come down.
“Fine,” I concede. “I may not be totally turned off to the idea of him, and he may have asked me out for next Friday.”
“Rebecca, that’s wonderful!”
“Don’t get excited,” I tell her sternly. “I owe him for helping me with this. It’s just payback.”
“I doubt that,” she grins knowingly. “I’ve known Havoc long enough to know when he has real interest in a woman.”
“Isn’t his interest in every woman real?”
“Okay, that was called for, but I think he really likes you, and I think you’d be good for each other.”
“You’re one to talk,” I whisper, stealing a glance at General Mustang who is, again, looking over at her. “You haven’t been on a single date since…ever that I can remember.”
“But we’re not talking about me,” she points out calmly. “We’re talking about you.”
“And Lieutenant Havoc.”
“Exactly.” She nods, leaning back. “You and Havoc are both single adult people who want a real, lasting relationship, and you both have the qualities the other person looks for.”
“How?”
“You want a good man with a steady income, preferably with a stunning physical physique, which, objectively speaking, Havoc has.”
“Damn straight on that one,” I mutter.
I felt all that rock-hard muscle wrapped around and pressed up against me.
“And you are funny, smart, sassy, and not afraid of being a little loud, and you have an amazing body.”
“Why thank you, Riza.”
She grins and shakes her head.
“I hate to say it, but you’re just busty enough to fit Havoc’s ideal type.”
“Ah. So, he’s a boob man. That explains a lot.”
“Honestly, Becca, he’s a great catch, and if he asked you out, that’s a good place to start. If he wasn’t interested, he’d have asked for something much less personal as repayment.”
“You know…” I start slowly. “I’ve always kind of resented guys staring at my chest, but I think if it was Jean Havoc appreciating it, it might not bother me as much.”
“He’d worship you like a goddess if you gave him the chance,” Riza says sincerely. “And if I know you at all, you’d love every second of that.”
“I did tell you to find me a nice guy from Central,” I remind her.
“As much as I’d like to take credit for this, I think you found one all by yourself.”
I glance over my shoulder at where Havoc is spread out in his booth. Damn that smirk looks good on him. Shit. He saw me.
I turn back around and take a sip of my drink, unable to stop the blush from creeping up my neck.
But if he saw me…that means he was looking at me, too.
“You know,” I whisper after I swallow. “You might be right.”

Rebecca
I park the car in front of the store and head inside. There are a few customers milling about in the aisles, and I wave to his sister behind the counter as I pass her on my way into the back room. I pause outside the door, leaning my back against the wall, and take a deep breath.
It’s only been a week since the Promised Day. Things have barely calmed down in Central since everything happened. Most of the city is still in an uproar. Riza and Mustang are still waiting to be discharged from the hospital. I feel like I’ve barely had time to catch my breath, but the one thing that’s kept me grounded is hearing Jean’s voice over the phone every night.
We haven’t told anyone about our relationship yet. If you can call it that. I’m not actually sure when it started. It’s not like either of us have outwardly acknowledged it. But…we talk daily, and he calls me ‘Becks’ and ‘babe,’ in this deep, gentle tone. Not to mention I get all giddy whenever my phone rings.
On the other hand, I could be reading too much into it.
I swallow, ignoring the anxiety blooming in my chest, and adjust my jacket. Figuring out where I stand with Jean will have to wait. What’s about to happen is significantly more pressing than that.
“Rebecca? Is that you?”
“Yeah,” I announce quietly as I slip into the dimly lit room. “Are you ready?”
“Ready as I’ll ever be.”
He wheel’s himself out from behind the inventory desk, and my heart stutters. As often as I’ve talked to him over the last few weeks, I haven’t seen him in person as much.
“Becks?”
“Um, right.” I nod. “I have the car out front.”
“Hey, are you okay?”
His hand lands on my arm, and I blink slowly as the heat from his palm sears my skin.
“Yes,” I assure him. “Sorry if I’m acting weird. I just…really want this to work.”
“Me too,” he murmurs.
Slipping my wrist out of his grasp, I walk around behind him and grab the handles on his chair.
“I can push myself, you know,” he pipes up instantly. “You don’t have to–”
“It’s all right,” I interrupt. “I want to.”
He doesn’t say anything else, until we’re on the road, heading to Central. He makes small talk at first until I relax completely, the familiar cadence of his voice calming my nerves. Before I realize it, I’m pulling up in front of hospital’s main entrance, where Fuery and Breda are waiting.
“It’s about time you two showed up,” Breda comments as I slide out of the driver’s seat. “We’ve been waiting for ages.”
“We made great time, actually,” Jean grins as his friends help him out of the car and into a hospital wheelchair. “Considering Rebecca drives like an old lady.”
“I do not,” I snap, coming up behind him and taking the handles of the chair. “You’re just used to Colonel Mustang driving like a maniac.”
“You can deny it all you want, Becks, but it won’t change the facts. Face it; a turtle could’ve passed us at the speed you were going.”
I gasp, resisting the urge to smack him. “Take that back!”
Jean laughs softly, at the same time, reaching over his shoulder to cover my hand with his, giving it a gentle squeeze before letting to. I almost trip, my retort immediately dying in my throat at his touch.
Out of the corner of my eye, I see Breda and Fuery exchange looks, and I frown.
“What?” I shift my gaze between them.
“What what?” Kain asks automatically.
“That look. What was that?”
“Uh, n-nothing,” he answers hesitantly.
Breda makes a point to look up toward the sky and start whistling, so I decide to ignore it.
“Dr. Marcoh is waiting for you,” Kain speaks up again. “This way.”
“Right.” I follow them inside, pushing Jean in front of me.
They lead us past the front desk and down a long hallway to a private room with a single bed, which they immediately move Jean to as I watch.
“The doc is finishing up some final preparations,” Breda informs us. “So, you’re just supposed to hang out here until he’s ready.”
“Okay.”
“We’re gonna go find some coffee, but we’ll be back later.”
Havoc nods, shifting against his pillows, and I slowly sit down by his feet.
A nurse comes in a few minutes later to do a preliminary check of his vitals.
“Do you want me to stay?” I turn and ask him softly as the pretty girl in the uniform waits.
“You can wait outside,” she tells me bossily without giving him a second to answer.
I look over my shoulder at her, ready to retort, when I see the look she’s giving him, her attraction to him all over her face.
Jealousy suddenly floods my chest, and my spine straightens as my mouth parts, ready to give her a verbal smack down. I freeze when Jean’s hand curls around mine.
“She can stay,” he murmurs, glancing at the nurse.
Instantly, I feel calmer, the flash of anger draining out of me. I sit back down on the edge of the bed, Jean’s thumb rubbing lightly over my wrist as the nurse taps her toe impatiently.
Taking out a clipboard, she begins to run the gamut—breathing, heartrate, blood pressure, temperature, eyes, ears, nose, mouth. Much to her annoyance, Jean holds my hand for all of it (apart from when she had him remove his shirt—a view I’ll admit made me…feel things). When she’s finally satisfied, she loops her stethoscope back around her neck and makes a few final notes in his file before meeting his eyes.
“I’ll pass all of this along to Dr. Marcoh. He should be in shortly.”
She starts to leave when she stops and turns back, walking over to the table by the door.
“I almost forgot. The doctor needs you to put these on.” She sets down her clipboard and holds up a set of patient scrubs. “Given your condition, I should probably help you–”
“I can do it,” I interrupt loudly, my grip on Jean’s hand tightening. I hear him let out a snort, and I wince internally.
Her eyes narrow at me, and I swallow.
“Hospital protocol requires that a–”
“Just leave it,” Jean chimes in on a sigh. “She’s as stubborn as a mule, so there’s no chance you can talk her down.”
I shoot him a glare, and he just shakes his head, that damn grin not budging from his stupidly handsome face.
“Fine.” She walks over to the bed and drops the scrubs unceremoniously in a heap. “Just don’t waste any time. The doctor has your marked as a priority.”
She grabs her abandoned clipboard and leaves, the door slamming behind her.
Jean
As soon as we’re alone, Rebecca lets go of my hand and stands up, grabbing the mint green scrubs.
“What was that about?” I ask, even though I have a pretty good idea.
“What?” she feigns innocence.
“I mean, if you wanted to see me naked, all you had to do was ask.”
“Shut up, Jean,” she sputters. “That’s not what I meant, and you know it.”
“Do I?” I raise an eyebrow and watch her lips part slightly as she inhales.
Fuck. Now is not the time to get hard. Not when she’s about to change my pants. I bite back a groan because that thought only made things worse. Shit. I can feel my cock swelling. Up until this point, that was one thing I was happy about. The damage to my spine paralyzed my legs, but my other important parts below my waist were spared.
That said, at this particular moment, I almost wish they weren’t.
“You almost sounded, dare I say, jealous when you were talking to the nurse,” I say instead, hoping if I rile her up enough, Becca won’t notice my raging erection causing a bulge under the sheets.
“I was not!” she hisses. “I’m just…worried.” Her eyes shift to the side, and her arms come up to hug herself. “I want this to work,” she goes on. “And I…”
“I want it to work, too,” I say, my voice sounding deeper and more serious than I intended.
Getting my legs back after coming to terms with the impossibility of that? The possibilities, the independence, the relief? There’s almost nothing I want more.
“I’m sorry if I’m acting weird,” she whispers. “I just…don’t know how to deal with what I’m feeling.”
What she’s feeling? Does that mean that she—
“Anyway, we should probably get you changed before Dr. Marcoh comes in. I’d hate to give that little vixen something to be smug about.”
I start to laugh at her last comment, but it dies instantly when she reaches for the sheets at my waist. Her fingers brush my abs, and I shiver.
“Sorry,” she murmurs. “I know your mom and your sister usually are the ones who–”
“Don’t worry about it.” I shrug, as if her touch had no effect on me. “If you can help me to the edge of the bed, it’ll be easier.”
“Right.”
It takes a little maneuvering and a lot of pretending to get my pants down. I hold my breath as they slide down my thighs, exposing the obvious erection in my underwear. But Rebecca doesn’t say a word or even give it so much as a wide-eyed glance. Instead, she pulls my pants the rest of the way off and folds them neatly before grabbing the scrubs and sliding them on.
It goes smoothly until she’s helping me get them over my ass, leaning from one side to the other. I grit my teeth at the feeling of her fingers trailing over my thinly covered cheeks, but when her arm brushes against my throbbing dick, I can’t stop my groan.
“Oh God. I’m so sorry.” She recoils, and I release a slow breath, shaking my head.
“It’s fine,” I mutter hoarsely. “Ignore it.”
I reach down and adjust the waistband of the pants before using my arms to move back toward the pillows.
“Can I have that?” I ask, reaching for the shirt.
“Of course.” She nods, a faint blush spreading up her neck. “Um, do I need to–”
“I got it, Becks.”
I take it from her and slip it on just as someone knocks on the door.
“Mr. Havoc, it’s Dr. Marcoh. Are you decent?”
“Come in, Doc!”
The door opens, and a man in a white lab coat enters, coming to stand by the side of my bed.
“Good afternoon, Mr. Havoc. Miss Catalina. I hope you’re doing well.”
I watch Rebecca out of the corner of my eye as she refolds my clothes again, giving him a short nod in acknowledgement of his greeting.
“I’m about to be doing a lot better, right?” I grin at him.
“That’s the hope.” His smile is lopsided due to the disfigurement of his features. “I’m sure the colonel has explained things to you, but I’ll go over them again.” I turn my attention back to the doctor. “I have possession of a philosopher’s stone, and my research into it has led me to believe there is a possibility I can heal your spine. This is what we’re hoping to achieve today. However, there is a chance it won’t work, seeing as I’ve never attempted it before.”
“What are the risks?”
My head swivels to the side where Rebecca just spoke, her arms crossed over her chest, watching us.
“None that I know of,” the doctor replies, his eyes on her. “If the attempt should fail, it would leave you in the state your currently in.”
“So, I’d be no worse off than I am now?” I tear my eyes from Becca to look at him.
“Exactly.”
“Then let’s get on with it. Are we doing it here?”
“No, I have a room down the hall set up, but it’s ready when you are.”
I assure him I’ve never been readier for anything, and he and Rebecca help me into the chair again. Becks wheels me into the hall where we follow the doc to a room with double doors.
“This isn’t our final destination,” he says, surprising me. “But there were a few people who wanted to see you before you went back.”
He opens the door, and I feel my chest swell at the sight of the colonel and Lieutenant Hawkeye in their respective beds, as well as Breda, Fuery, and Falman.
“We’ve been wondering when you’d get here,” Riza says quietly, her gentle voice filled with a smile. I don’t miss the large bandage on her neck, but I don’t mention it. Rebecca told me what happened. I can only imagine what it must’ve been like for the colonel to see her like that.
“Havoc. It’s good to hear your voice.” I look over at Mustang, who is looking toward me but not at me. My gaze catches on the bandages on his hands, and I struggle to swallow.
“Riza, are you doing okay?”
Rebecca abandons me to give her friend a hug.
“I’m doing very well. They would discharge me if the colonel weren’t adamant I stay by his side.”
It’s then I realize just how odd it is they’re sharing a room. Normally someone of the colonel’s rank would get a private room. Not to mention female patients aren’t ever allowed to share rooms with male patients, with the exception of blood relatives or married couples.
“Well, I couldn’t let you guys stage a coup without me. Besides, when Becca asks me for something, I can’t say no.”
All of the eyes in the room shift to Rebecca, and I feel my stomach sink. It’s quiet for a second before Riza breaks the silence, looking from me to her friend.
“Oh really? So, how long has that been going on?”
“What? No,” Rebecca stammers. “I—we aren’t—It isn’t like that. He just meant because I’m a woman, not that I…”
“That checks out,” Breda pipes up. “Havoc never can turn down a request from a beautiful lady.”
I start to protest when Dr. Marcoh clears his throat.
“I hate to cut the reunion short, but it’s time.”
“Of course.” Riza smiles as Becca joins me again, turning my chair around. “Good luck, Jean.”
“We’ll see you on the other side, buddy.”
“I expect you to make a full-recovery, Havoc,” Mustang commands. “That’s an order.”
“I’ll do my best, Chief.”
“Take care of him, Rebecca,” Riza calls after us.
“I will!”
And then, after a short trek, we’re at another set of doors, and the moment of truth has arrived.
Rebecca
I’m not allowed in the room. I figured I wouldn’t be, but now that I’m here, standing outside of it, I feel like I need to say something. Dr. Marcoh said there were virtually no risks, but just because he doesn’t know about them doesn’t mean there aren’t any. And if something happens to Jean without me ever saying something…
“Wait,” Jean turns to the doctor. “I need a minute before I go in.”
“Okay, but keep it short. I’ll be inside.”
He leaves us, and I go still as Jean reaches behind him and grabs my wrist, tugging me around to stand in front of him.
“Rebecca, I—are you okay?”
I suddenly realize I’m not breathing, and force myself to inhale.
“Yeah,” I whisper. “I just…”
“Listen, before I do this, I need you to know that I have always loved you.”
I feel my eyes widen as my heart trips in my chest.
“You have?”
“Absolutely.” He leans toward me, and I step back, holding up my hand.
“No, you haven’t,” I hiss at him, narrowing my eyes. “What about Miss Immortal-What’s-Her-Boobs Riza told me about?”
“You mean Lust? I wasn’t in love with her–”
“Lust?” I echo darkly. “Her name was actually Lust?”
“Well, no,” he backtracks quickly. “When I met her, she introduced herself as Solaris.”
“Because that’s so much better.”
“I think you’re kind of missing the point, here, Becks.”
“Which is what?” I scoff.
“I’m in love with you, dammit!”
I jump and feel my face flush instantly.
“Oh. Right,” I whisper.
“And, in case you forgot,” he goes on, his deep voice dropping to a low rumble, “Lust is the homunculus that stabbed me in the spine and put me in this stupid chair in the first place.”
“I did forget,” I admit, stealing a look at him. “For just a second there.”
“I love you, Becca. And…just in case this doesn’t go right, I wanted to make that clear.”
He starts to wheel past me toward the door, but I grab his arm.
“Wait,” I blurt, the word coming out breathlessly. “I…I love you, too.”
“You-you do?” he blinks. “You’re not just saying that are you?”
“Of course not,” I frown. “I…” I shift my weight and bite my lip. “I’ve been acting sort of weird today because of…this.” I wave to the door. “But also, because I wasn’t sure how to tell you, but…I love you, Jean Havoc.”
I glance up at the door; I should really get going.
“I’ll see you after,” I tell him softly.
I start to step around him when he grabs my hand, tugging me back.
“Jean–”
He pulls me toward him as his other hand reaches up, tunneling into my hair. I barely have time to blink before I feel his mouth against mine.
Oh God. We’re kissing. His tongue runs along the seam of my lips, and I gasp, giving him an opening. My knees go weak, and I catch myself on the back of his chair, my other hand landing on his shoulder. He tilts his head, deepening the kiss, and I moan into his mouth. I want to climb into his lap and kiss him forever. My thighs clench at the sensations his tongue is inciting, and my hand slips down his arm, caressing the bulk of his giant bicep.
A loud noise down the hall startles us, and we split apart. I’m breathing heavily, and I feel feverish. My face is probably red, and I think he ruined my hair.
“I’m sorry,” he gasps. “I just…needed to do that.”
“Don’t be.” I shake my head. “I…I’m glad you did.”
He nods, and I lean down, putting my lips to his ear.
“I’ll see you soon,” I murmur. “And then it’ll be my turn to kiss you.”
“I’m holding you to that,” he says instantly.
I laugh softly and push the door open so he can wheel himself in.
“It’s a promise.”
Once he’s inside, I say a silent prayer, and turn, heading back to Mustang and Riza’s room to wait, absentmindedly reaching up to touch my tingling lips, as I walk.
Jean and Rebecca have a late-night talk that turns from heavy to hot.
A/N: Request from @areyousanta. #43 “I’m not losing you again!” from this prompt list. Thank you, friend! It turned out a little longer than I expected, but I hope you love it!! Enjoy!

Jean
I feel her eyes burning into my back as I shove a pair of boxers and a clean set socks into my duffle bag. I’m leaving in the morning for a mission with Breda and Fuery in the South. The whole time I’ve been packing, she’s been sitting up in bed, watching me. Usually, she’d be talking my ear off about this thing or that thing, but she hasn’t made a peep since dinner, so I know something is up with her. That said, I’m just not going to say anything unless she says something first. I may not be the brightest, but I know enough not to invite drama into my bed this late at night.
As I’m zipping up the zipper, she clears her throat, and I pause and wait.
“Jean,” she says quietly.
“Yeah, baby?” I look over at her, forcing myself not to get hung up on her chest before raising my eyes to hers.
“You’ll be careful, right?”
Here we go.
“Rebecca,” I start softly, rising to my feet. “You know what it’s like on an assignment like this.”
“Of course, I do,” she answers quickly. “I was a soldier, too.”
Until she didn’t reup when her enlistment ended, because she suspected she was pregnant. It turned out to be a false alarm, but civilian life seems to suit her.
“Have you finished in the bathroom?” I attempt to change the subject as if distracting her will be that simple.
“I finished up while you were in the shower,” she interrupts. “And you’re dodging my question.”
“No, I’m not,” I sigh. “I just… I don’t know how to answer it. I mean, of course, I’ll try to be careful, but…it’s not that simple.”
“I need you to come back safe, Jean Havoc,” she says more firmly, her body language getting more agitated by the second.
Her spine is rigid, and her hands are clutching fistfuls of the sheets. I climb into bed and reach over to pry her fingers open.
“I’ll do my best, Becks.”
She yanks her hand out of mine and I flinch.
“That’s not good enough!”
“Rebecca,” I frown. “Calm down.”
“No! I’m not losing you again!”
“What?” I blink at her. “What do you mean ‘again?’ When have you ever lost me?”
She looks down at the sheets and her body trembles like she’s cold.
“You know when,” she murmurs.
“You’re talking about the Briggs mission,” I sigh, already knowing where this is heading.
Almost a year ago, I was deployed North right after we moved in together. In the field, there was a radio malfunction that caused some major problems. Since we couldn’t check in with headquarters, we were reported MIA, and Rebecca didn’t take that news very well.
“You were missing for three days,” she whispers, her voice wavering. “I thought…”
“I was fine, Becks. You know that.”
“I thought you were dead,” she hisses. “I never want to go through that again. I can’t go through that again.”
“And I don’t want you to,” I respond instantly. “It shreds me to think about you worrying like that.”
“I know your job requires risks and unpredictable dangers—better than most girls. So, I’m not asking you not to go; I’m just asking you to at least try to be careful. I need you to come back to me.”
“Becca…”
“Especially now that…”
She glances up at me, and I pause.
“Now that what?” I frown.
What was she going to say?
“Nothing.” She shakes her head and waves a hand dismissively. “Forget I said anything.”
“Bullshit,” I bite back. “You were going to say something. What?”
“I shouldn’t have said that, Jean. Really. It isn’t anything.”
Even as she says it, I see her teeth bite down on her lower lip, giving her away.
“I know you’re lying, Becks,” I say in a low tone. “You need me back especially now that what? Just spill.”
She takes a deep breath, and my heartrate spikes with anticipation.
“Well, since you’re being so damned pushy,” she mutters. “I was going to keep it a secret until you got back, but…I’m pregnant. For real this time.”
“Wait. What?” I gape at her, her words echoing in my head. “You’re preg…really?”
“Yep.” She nods slightly, biting her lip. “Not terribly far along, but…I’m at least nine weeks.”
“No.” I shake my head. “No way.”
“Jean, we go at it like rabbits,” she says softer. “Why is this so hard to believe?”
“That’s not what I meant.” I look back at her.
“Oh. Well then, what–”
“You’re nine weeks pregnant with my kid and you weren’t going to tell me?” I interrupt.
“Well, it was just until you came back from–”
“This mission is set to go for a minimum of eight weeks. Minimum! If not longer!” I continue loudly. “How could you keep something like this from me?”
“Okay, fine. I see your point,” she says placatingly. “But I did tell you. So, you know now.”
“Yeah…” I sigh. “Fuck, a baby. How am I going to take care of a baby?”
“I think you should worry about your mission first,” she points out.
“No. I should worry about you first.”
“Me?” She blinks.
“You just gave me great news, mama.” I grin. “And we have to celebrate.”
“Celebrate?” she echoes, her eyes widening. “What are you talking about you leave in the morn–”
“Exactly,” I murmur, my voice dropping, as I reach over to run my fingers up her thigh. “So, we’d better get started.”
Rebecca
“Wait. You mean…” My words die out into a gasp as he lowers his lips to my neck.
A low growl escapes his throat, and he begins sucking, effectively making his point. Immediately, my hand slides into his hair, holding his mouth to me, and he grins against my skin.
I whimper as his hands slide under my thin top, pushing it up, exposing my belly. My bared skin breaks out in goosebumps, and I shiver before he pulls me toward him, shifting us so I’m on my back and he’s hovering over me, shielding me from the air.
His hot palms land on my ribs, the pads of his thumbs teasing the tender skin under my boobs. Finally, his lips release my neck, his forehead moving to press against mine. I close my eyes instinctively.
“I want this to be really special tonight, Becks,” he murmurs.
“Okay.” My voice sounds weak, probably because of the way he’s still toying with me.
“I love you.”
“I love you, too, Jean,” I breathe. “Now, fuck me.”
He laughs softly, and I’m afraid my heart might explode.
“Patience, mama.”
My stomach flips wildly just like it did the first time he called me that. I didn’t know if I’d like being called that, actually, but hearing him say it like that…I never want him to call me anything else.
He moves off of me, sliding my top the rest of the way off, and lowering his lips to my chest. I moan as his hot tongue laps over my swells, coming close but never quite touching my hard bud. Finally, it darts across the center, barely touching my nipple, and I whine.
“Jean!”
I feel his chest vibrating with laughter, and I frown for a second before my mouth opens in a silent moan as he lowers his head to my aching peak and begins sucking and licking every inch.
His hands move independently from his lips, so as his mouth makes love to my areola, his fingers move to the waistband of my sleep shorts. I jump a little when his fingertips brush against me, and I feel him pause.
“Sometimes, I forget you’re ticklish,” I hear him grunt against my chest.
I don’t get the chance to respond before he yanks my bottoms down to my ankles—panties and all. My breathing is coming in short pants as he eases my knees apart, leaving me open and exposed.
Placing a light kiss on the tip of my erect point, his lips switch to my other breast where he starts all over again. My head digs back into the bed, and I choke as his fingers skim along the trim hair between my legs, only to cup me in his hand.
“So damp, baby,” he whispers, his words sending a stream of air over my sensitive tip. “Good.”
My fingers grab a fistful of the sheets as one of his fingers slowly curls into my slit, dipping into my dripping center.
“Jean!”
“Fuck, I love how soft you are,” he grunts. “And tight.”
“Oh God!”
I look over only to see his enormous bicep flexing as he begins slowly stroking in and out, the walls of my pussy squeezing tight around his knuckles.
His head comes up, and I gasp at the same time he leans up to kiss my lips. I accept the kiss instantly, reaching up to curl my arm around his neck. After a second, he turns his head, tearing his mouth from mine.
“Fuck, I put a baby in this pussy,” he mumbles, breathlessly.
“Well, actually, the baby is in my–” I cry out mid-sentence as he plunges two fingers deep inside me. I bite my lips as fresh wetness trickles out around them.
“I’m so hard it hurts,” he groans. “God, I want inside you so bad.”
“Jean,” I pant. “Please, hurry.”
“Not yet, Becca,” he says, his voice thick with arousal. “In a minute.”
“But, you said–”
He lifts off of me and begins moving down the bed. I lean up on my elbows just in time to see him slide off onto the floor only to turn around and grab my hips.
“What are you—ah!”
With one sharp pull, he has me at the edge of the mattress, my legs completely off the bed.
“Jean–”
“Shh,” he whispers, kneeling in front of me, lifting my knees and resting them on his shoulders. “I can’t hear those sexy noises you make if you’re talking.”
I start to say something sassy when his mouth lands right there, and all of the thoughts vanish from my head.
He kisses me first, his lips gently pressing against my swollen ones. He moves his mouth all over, making me squirm under him. Then he adds his tongue, licking the length of my slit—the hot, wet of it searing me. He laps at me slowly and then blows a stream of cool air, which makes me moan. Why is he so good at teasing me this way?
Suddenly, he pulls my drenched lips into his mouth as his tongue flicks against my clit, and I see stars.
“Oh God!” I scream. “Jean! Jean!”
He doesn’t let up, and my both my hands dig into his scalp, holding him to me as my thighs close around his head.
“OhGodohGod! Jean, you suck so good!”
He laughs against me, lifting his head to meet my eyes.
“Don’t stop!” I whine.
“You want me to eat you that bad?”
“Yes, please,” I moan. “Devour me, tiger.”
“Hmm…I actually think I want to enjoy this meal a little longer,” he replies, raising a sexy eyebrow.
“What? But–”
He starts licking me again, and a desperate sound escapes my throat.
“The more I lick the wetter you get,” he mutters against me. “Damn, you taste good.”
“Jean Havoc, I swear–”
My legs go weak as his fingers slide in, spreading me wide and his tongue drives in deep. He begins fucking me with his tongue, the wet sounds of his mouth only turning me on more. My hips move on their own, desperate to have him inside me. His thumb finds my clit and rolls it at the same time his finger starts thrusting deep, alternating with his tongue.
“Oh…oh, Jean!” I moan. “I think…I think I’m…”
He sucks deep while his fingers pump rapidly, and I come in his mouth. My legs lock tight around his head, and I’m afraid I’ll rip holes in the sheets from how hard I’m gripping them. My pussy quivers and convulses as he continues to eat at me. Finally, my legs relax and he sits back before rising to his feet and repositioning me in the bed.
I watch as he strips, my post-orgasmic haze making him even more of a stud. (And he’s a stud all the time, honestly.) When he’s naked, he climbs over me again, his hands traveling up my body, his rough fingertips sending bolts of electricity across my skin. He stops with his hands cupping my face.
“You came pretty hard, Becks,” he whispers.
“Yeah. Thanks for that.”
“You want to keep going?”
“Always,” I whisper, leaning up to kiss the underside of his chin.
“Okay. Cool. I just wanted to check on you.”
God. He’s sweet to me.
“Jean, do you want me to be on top?” I reach up and stroke the edge of his ear. “I know how much you like the view in that position.”
“Uh…”
I watch as his face flushes and close my eyes as his already hard cock twitches against my thigh.
“Or I can get on my knees so you can reach around and hold them.”
“I’d rather watch them bounce,” he admits hoarsely.
“That’s what I thought.”
Hooking my leg around his hip, I shift and roll, forcing him onto his back. When I’m straddling his thighs, I put a hand on his toned chest and lean forward, my other hand dipping into the space between us, finding his hard shaft and stroking it.
“Rebecca…” he grunts.
“They’re bigger, you know,” I murmur.
“What?”
“These.” I take my hand on his dick and reach up to caress my heavy tits. “They’ve grown a little. They do that when you’re pregnant.”
“Fuck, I should’ve knocked you up sooner. How come no one told me–”
He lets out a hiss as I reach back down and take him fully in my hand. God, my boyfriend is hung.
I tease him a little, rubbing my palm up and down, until his hand lands on my thigh.
“Becca,” he groans. “I’m not sure I’ll last if…”
I give his swollen shaft a gentle squeeze, and his fingers dig into my leg.
“Fucking hell, woman,” he bites out. “Are you trying to kill me?”
“I’m just teasing you a little,” I murmur, my thumb finding his hot tip and running it over the slit. I bite my lip when I feel his precum already forming. I rub it around the head until his hips jerk under me.
Finally, I lift up on my knees and position him before slowly sliding down. We both moan as his enormous cock disappears inside me, stretching me wide. Even as wet as I am, I can feel the resistance of his turgid flesh against mine.
“Jesus, your pussy is tight, Becks.”
“I think it’s you,” I pant. “You’re too big for me.”
“Are you okay?” Concern leaks into his voice.
“Barely,” I choke. “God, I’ve never felt this full.”
“Don’t move if it’s going to hurt you,” he demands gently.
“Just give me a second,” I whisper, my inner walls adjusting to his size.
His hands come to my hips, and I take a deep breath before lifting up and lowering down. His grip tightens, and I whimper before repeating the motion, the friction building in my belly as he drags against me. Every time I take him in, it gets easier, and soon I’m riding him fast and hard.
“Yes, Becca,” he groans, his eyes locked on my chest. “Bounce on my dick.”
His praise turns me on even more, making me want to fuck him even harder. The more I move, the more desperate I get.
“Jean,” I gasp. “I’m getting close.” I lean forward, putting one hand on his chest, changing the angle of our connection, and making me whimper as more of my juices slip out around his cock and run down my legs.
“Ride me harder, Becks. Ride me ‘til you come.”
I lift up almost all the way and slam down on him at the same time he thrusts up. I scream as I feel him hit the back of my channel only to rise up and repeat the motion. On the third one, I can’t hold back anymore, and my orgasm explodes all around his hard shaft and onto his thighs. I collapse on his chest as it rips through me, his arms locking around me as I gasp for air.
I haven’t fully recovered when he flips me onto my back, never breaking our connection.
“Jean,” I rasp, my voice hoarse from screaming his name.
“Shh.”
Gently, he pulls my legs around his waist before he begins rocking, slowly pulling out and entering my raw pussy. I feel another orgasm building at once, and I close my thighs around his hips. He moves faster, and I whimper, reaching up to grab his shoulders. Suddenly, he begins pounding into me, over and over. I moan as my dissipating orgasm lashes through me again. At the same time, he growls long and low. I brace myself as he drives into me, bellowing my name as he comes inside.
We’re both a hot, sticky mess when we finally come down. Jean is careful as he pulls out, leaning up to kiss me before moving his head down to press a soft kiss on my belly, right above where the baby should be.
“Are you okay?” he looks up at me expectantly, and I give him a soft smile.
“I’m amazing.”
“Good.” He grins. “Me too.”
I sit up on my elbows and let out a slow breath. I’ll feel this tomorrow. But only in good ways.
“Could you hand me my panties?” I look up at him standing beside the bed.
“Oh. Right. Here.” He grabs my pajamas and hands them to me before pulling on a pair of sleep pants and climbing into the bed beside me.
“I’m going to miss you,” I whisper, curling into his side as he slides his arm around me.
“I’ll miss you more,” he murmurs, turning the lamp off. “Breda isn’t nearly as good of company late at night.”
I let out a short laugh.
“Or any time of day, really.”
“Send me mail, okay? If you get the chance. And I’ll check in with Southern HQ whenever I can.”
“That’s a start I guess,” he says softly, burying his nose in my hair.
I can tell from his voice he’s tired, and that orgasm probably has him nodding off even faster. He’s quiet for a second, and I realize he may have fallen asleep. Still…
“Jean?”
“Mmm?”
“You’re not…mad at me, are you?” I ask the darkness.
“What?”
The light comes back on, and I blink.
“Why would you even ask that?”
I turn to find him sitting up in bed, frowning at me.
“Because I was going to keep the baby a secret,” I explain. “I…I don’t want you to be mad. I won’t sleep if I’m not sure.”
“I’m not upset, Becca,” he assures me softly. “I was a little surprised, and…maybe I would’ve been mad if you’d gone through with it, but you didn’t. I’m glad I know. Fuck, I’m thrilled, but it’s not just that I’m going to be a dad. But you’re having my baby. I’m in love with you, Rebecca. That’s what makes this so special.”
I don’t answer immediately.
“Rebecca?”
“Damn you, Jean Havoc,” I sniffle. “How dare you make me cry?”
“It’s not like I was trying,” he points out, pulling me closer. “And I’m not apologizing. I love you, too bad.”
“You’re too good to me,” I whisper.
“Well, you have that backwards. If anything, you’re way too good for me, Rebecca Catalina.”
“Our baby is going to be so lucky to have you for a dad.”
“Quiet, mama,” he says, his large hand sliding around to rest on my belly. “It’s time to sleep.”
