I did actually do some more work on my Kung Fu Chef idea, so that’s good. Came up with that last night while hanging out with Dave and Dom. They actually seem pretty into the idea, so that’s cool. Actually having people who are interested in the project finally gave me the motivation to actually build an idea, and we came up with a lot of great stuff last night.

I also did a cool little quick 5 minute test with my camera and a small LED flashlight taped to my hat in my basement. Being that the power is out, it was quite dark down there, and after jacking up the ISO to 3200 I was able to get enough of a shot to actually make a kind of creepy little test video. It’s just walking around playing with the light a little to try and get an effect like something interfering with the light, and I think it came out pretty cool. Once the power comes back, probably some time tomorrow evening hopefully, I’m going to upload that to my YouTube channel.
