Ingredients: 32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes. 1 can 10.75 oz condensed cream of chicken soup. 1 can 10.75 oz condensed cream of celery soup. 1 cup diced onion. 4 cups chicken broth. 1 cup sour cream. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional toppings: chopped green onions, additional shredded cheese, sour cream, bacon bits.
Instructions: To make hash browns, put frozen hash browns, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and diced onion in a crockpot. If you set the setting to high, it will take 34 hours, but on low, it will take 68 hours. Before it's done cooking, add the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked bacon. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot, and if you want, top with any toppings you like.
