ever since she was little she wanted to work with animals & now she owns a shelter. so she pretty much does the thing she always wanted to do. 

[ when she was 16 she was in her local corner shop when a masked man came in with what looked like a gun wrapped in cloth, demanding the cash register money. the man hadn’t spotted her and because the owner of the store was a good man ( who served her even knowing she was underage ) rather than hiding, she grabbed a bottle of beer from the fridges and snuck around to whack him over the back of the head. it didn’t knock him out but it knocked him down and the owner managed to grab the weapon, which was actually just a toy gun. she helped tie his hands behind his back and kept her foot on his back while the owner called the cops. he gave her her usual friday night order of vodka, maddog and a pack of cigs for free and told her to leave before the police got there. so yeah it was dangerous but tbh she was over the moon, free alcohol ama right?? ]

[ she has a gold locket that used to be her mothers. it has two little pictures of them both inside. she doesn’t wear it because she’s scared to lose it but it’s literally the only thing she has left of her so it’s save inside her bedroom draw. harley has a lot of mixed feelings about her mother but sometimes when she’s feeling down she’ll look at it and wonder what could have been. the pictures are from a day on the beach they shared when she was around 6, before her mother got addicted to drugs. ]
