Hearing their trill voice, Joker glanced up for a moment, a grinned beginning to etch over his lips. Turning then he moved to face the other as the comment finished falling from their lips “ Oh, Harleeeeeee... I didn’t see you standing there.” But did he know the other had been there, of course, more than not knowing they had been standing there. Moving closer to the other male, then, he somewhat towered over them. A string of giggles left The Joker’s lips briefly before he spoke once more “ You are right, You are not a victim. But you are pathetic!” Reaching out then he grasped a hand around side of the others throat, running his thumb along the soft spot between their jaw. Another, much more sickening string of barely there laughing left the clown then before he turned away slightly, holding Harley out at arm’s length but still keeping his hand clasped at the side of their throat and thumb pressed into the soft spot between the man’s jaws “Now, what was I saying before I was interrupted...” He went back to talking to his lackey’s.
