Rinse the paper filters in hot water to get rid of the taste of the paper and warm up the drippers. Over-ground coffee 20g should be added to each dripper. First, start in the middle of each dripper and pour 80ml of hot water outward in a spiral pattern over the coffee grounds. Let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds so that it can expand and give off gases. Keep slowly pouring hot water over each dripper in a circle, making sure the water level stays the same so the coffee grounds don't get too wet. Keep pouring until 400ml of water has been added to each dripper. This will let the water drain through the coffee grounds. Take the drippers off the stand when they are done dripping. Enjoy the double pour over coffee in your favorite mugs.
