Trader siblings born to two Sea Trader parents, but their mother died when they were young and their father remarried- to a Land Trader. They then traded a ship for a caravan. When war broke out, they were shifted to the war caravan, to the safety in the Sun Desert where the war didn’t reach, and where they became fast friends with the other children in the caravan.

Hardri is three years older than Hellend

Their step-mother was a good mother and they were happy family
