Happy Pills o mejor conocidas como "Píldoras de la felicidad". Estan sobrecargadas de sentimientos positivos y dopaminas causando un estado de relajación, excitación y felicidad extremos. Estas píldoras tienen efectos secundarios, como liberación/expulsión de un líquido rosa por ojos, oídos y boca, estupidez y un estado pasivo o agresivo dependiendo de la persona.
Se encuentran fácilmente en el Vacío y es común ver a los habitantes en un "Estado feliz", se recomienda no acercarse.
