Started from the bottem about five months ago I chop it off ππ½ ((cut it up cut it up )) π€ it wasn't healthy enough for me so I started over... I stayed away from all protein and biotin πfor hair growth π¬ and the growth over just five months is more than what people get in a year.#nohelp All you have to do is eat healthy and drink plenty of π¦..
