I had completely forgotten about this band and this song. how.

this gives me hope for some reason.

Today, this girl on my bus, who was super mean to me last week, was crying her eyes out. She was crying so much that I was convinced that she would turn the surrounding area into a lake, so before she drowned the bus and doomed us all, I turned around and asked if she was alright. She looked at me as if I had ten heads and asked why would I care and I told her, in my own little awkward way, that it was a very good question lol but I said that I did care and I gave her my pack of tissues from my book bag and I told her that I hoped she felt better. She smiled. I got off at my stop. That was that. I feel good, so good in fact, that I think I’m beginning to learn the art of letting go. Letting go of hurt feelings, grudges, resentment, the list goes on. And it just feels good. I’m glad I did it. Everyone can use some tissues sometimes, even your worst enemy.
