Earlier today, my plans appeared to be ruined. Nothin to wear, no babysitter, et cetera. WELL, I saw this picture on facebook. I don't use facebook a lot normally. It said, "The Universe provides BABY!" And I was like, the universe provides babies or are you calling me baby? Anyway...... I guess my sitting there meditating on it as such caused the universe to want to provide for me, because it did. I found an exceptional babysitter, who also let me borrow some weather-appropriate tights, the only component missing from my outfit. Funnily I had found some tights, thinking I never would because I don't own any, but my sister does. buuut they had a hole in them and when I went to drop Bodhi off she offered to let me borrow some. I had a blast on go karts for the first time ever in my life even though it was snowing and ate some amazing Japanese noms. sorry for the terrible grammar and scatterbraindedness, it's late, I need sleep soon. In other news, I finally figured out how to do chaturanga dandasana to upward facing dog today! Not that I can do it fluidly or anything, but I figured out the motion; I was confused between upward dog & cobra, as a lot of people are when beginning yoga practice. :)

not blogging. because blogging involves proper grammar and I don't have time for that. lol, anyway.......... I'm so excited with my life lately that I feel the need to ramble about it every so often and how awesome it is. I'm opening a new etsy shop and I feel great about it. I've been doing a lot of research about how to be successful on etsy and since I've made quite a few sales on my current etsy account with mediocre products and half-assed marketing I could possibly make a living with my new shop. The only reason I'm making a new shop in the first place is I feel a name change is in effect as my tastes change, and I have already changed the name of my current shop (etsy only lets you change the shop name under certain circumstances) and also the name I wanted to use I already made an account for (it was originally to be for supplies). Sorry to ramble there. I'm not 100% awake yet. But anyway, this new shop is going to be wonderful. I've gotten so much better with my work that I feel this change is going to be somewhat monumental for me and I'm beyond thrilled. I will be sure to post lots of updates about how it's going (even though I don't think anyone reads my long boring personal posts but whatever) Another thing I have been looking into doing is creating a blog with ads and making money off of the ads. Even if it's $20 a month- that's a few gallons of gas or a day's dinner or $20 in my savings account. I've thought of doing the same on youtube. I'd probably blog about crafting, sell my tutorials and give tips for selling online and at shows (when I get more experience with shows that is) And yet another thing I'd like to do is open a shop at the flea market. I know handmade goods don't sell very well in such a place unless it is a very specific item (i.e. glass mushroom necklaces) so I'm thinking of selling other things besides just jewelry. Of course, I'll probably sell a lot of basic jewelry items, but I intend to sell beads, incense, and hula hoops as well. Whatever I can sell, really... I've always wanted a hippie shop and at $44 a weekend the flea market seems a good place to start. I know all of this is going to take a lot of time and effort and possibly investments and trial and error but I don't mind. I've already put so much time and so much of myself into this that I don't want to do anything else. It'd be a waste of time and inspiration to just get a boring desk job. I don't mind working 60 hours a week if it means I'm doing what I love and staying home with my son. Anyway if I do start making pretty good money with this shop and website I'm going to start saving lots of money after I get a car and such. I'm thinking of getting an apartment but apartments here are in the $500 area for a tiny one and $600 for one that I'd be satisfied with so it just seems like a waste of money when I do have a place to stay. I'd rather stay here with my inlaws and help them with utilities, even if it's not an ideal living situation, than have a nice apartment and burn $400 a month. If Cole gets a better paying job or if we go back to school and get grants I may get an apartment. I'm rambling again... oh well, this is my blog and I post what I want So anyway what am I going to do with all this saved money?! I want to pay off debts first, before they get worse than they are. I am so blessed to have a situation in which I am able to do so. When I've taken care of all that needs to be taken care of I'm going to of course create some kind of savings account for Bodhi so he has enough money to get himself started in the world. I'm also going to save up for a few different things that I'd like to do with my life. First of all I have this burning urge to visit or possibly live in California. I don't know why. This is a newfound desire for me. I've never given half a shit about California until last year when I discovered the most gorgeous place called Big Sur. I honestly don't know much about it other than the fact that it's beautiful. Then I heard of a place called Mt. Shasta. If you're a new ager you may know about it but I'm not going to go on about it...... Then last night Cole mentioned that if I want to get scarifications done (my alternative to tattoos) I need to go to California. So, it's settled. I'm going to California. The MAIN thing I want to do is kind of two things in one but whatever. I'd like to get an RV and travel the United States and see all the places I've wanted to see but never have for whatever reason. Then when I've found the perfect spot, I'm going to build a hobbit house (like that guy in the UK did!) and settle there... but keep my RV in case I need to travel! As I travel I'll do craft shows and see wonderful things and meet wonderful people. And I'll just go wherever I feel is best. Yes, I have big dreams... and yeah, they may change. But if I work towards doing wonderful things I won't have to worry if or when plans change.

I have terrible social anxiety and this fucks with me beyond anything else I’ve ever dealt with. It seriously straight up sucks. A lot of people don’t get how anyone could be so shy and they automatically think I’m a stuck up bitch because I’m quiet. This fucks with me even harder. I took prozac for 2 years and all of these problems got ignored and thus got worse. I’ve been off of prozac for a year and I’ve had to reshape and refind myself, picking up where I left off three years ago. I was not myself at all for those 2 years and all the friends I made on prozac I’ve pretty much lost. I hate it because some of those people I really cared about. I have experienced almost a total loss of self; I didn’t know who I was because this drug had decided for me for two blurry years of my life. I was basically high/geeked all the time. For those of you who are taking prozac, just know that your dose will continue to go up and up until they can’t give you anymore. Then everything will catch up to you and you’ll realize you’re not you. I was like everybody else, not being myself, giving in to pressure from the media saying I should be and act in a certain way. That’s not such a big deal to some people but it’s only one thing I had to deal with. I had other problems that are harder to describe. You can’t describe ego loss in simple terms. It goes beyond pain and into feeling like you are literally nothing. I can’t say much else about it.
