Would you do this with a right shoulder rotator cuff injury? I do admit I have a problem slowing down where exercise is concerned. Probably there’s not a day in a seven day week when I’m doing some sort of exercise. Even when I woke up today feeling poorly and I was out and about as seen here in Bond Street.
