#lego city adventures#lca#duke detain#harl hubbs#handycuffs#imma make this ship name tag a thing even if only for myself idc 🥹#my art#digital art#artists on tumblr#fuzz butt art#LISTEN OKAY HEAR ME OUT-#okay firstly this stems from both Harl and Duke being my favorite characters#it was kind of crackshippy at first with me being like okay all three of us can hold hands easily#but because I have to hyper analyze media and characters I like I started to imagine how their chemistry would actually work#Harl is a big people pleaser and feels as if his only purpose in life is to help people or his existence is meaningless#duke's lack of emotional intelligence can make him come off as unthoughtful and push people away#he also throws himself into his work as th only purpose in his life#they're both very lonely because people find them off-putting or at worst an annoyance so they avoid them#they both need someone who will actually listen to them and treat them like a person. someone who can relate to them#i started making an entire slow burn fic on these two before I even started season 2 it's that serious 🥹#TLDR: I just think they're neat!!
