Doesn't this all feel too clean? Doesn't it feel a bit sanitized?

       so maybe, maybe, they had been doing a lot of reading on the subject. and since the day they’d dropped onto the formerly sacred timeline was the day before halloween they figured they would bring pumpkins with them. 

     which hopefully made up for the fact that they just walked into bruce’s cabin. 

    ❝ sylvie? ... sylvie? ❞ they called, loudly, over the sound of dog’s barking, before they sat the two pumpkins on the kitchen table and decided to put hot water on the stove. clearly used to making themselves at home when they stopped by unannounced.
