I seldom go to beaches in CT since Iβve been spoiled by the beautiful white sand beaches and clear warm water in Southeast Asia.
But I hadnβt been to the beach at all this summer so I had to make one last minute spur of the moment trip to the beach on Sunday before the end of summer since the weather was great!
Thereβs just something about laying on the sand with the ocean breeze and the crashing of the waves in the background no matter what beach Iβm at. Especially after going for a run and getting all hot and sweaty before jumping into the cool refreshing water!
