Halo Hat is a vision of a savior, but not a hero, and the opposite of Black Hat, it apears in Flug's dreams, who is trying to get back his memories about the accident and his life as a human, but this provokes nightmares and ilusions, he can't remember because in the deal he seal with Black his memories about his past life were blocked as a part of the contract because his humanity died that day like him, the deal keeps him alive but at the cost of the lost of his precious memories before he meet Black Hat, and the power of the disire to get them back was and is so strong that Halo was attracted to them, he and black hat have meet in the dreams, but they can't hurt each other because they need the other to exist because there is not evil without good, so they don't interact for the good of the poor doctor and his sanity, just have inner war and stare fights.

Aparece en los sueños o pesadillas de Flug pero no lo recuerda, piensa que su mente esta jugandole una broma distorcionando sus recuerdos del accidente y cuando conoció a su actual jefe, Black por lo general usa sus poderes para entrar a los sueños de Flug y detener las pesadillas, se siente culpable por la manera en la que trato a Flug el día que se conocieron, asi que trata de arreglarlo en el sueño, pero este no sabe que las visiones de Flug lo distorcionan a un ser angelical, pies antes de que hablara y amenazara al científico al "salvarle la vida" el pobre flug lo había visto como un salvador y por eso la visión en el sueño/pesadilla.
