A random headcanon: i saw a sad hc once that the reason his fam doesn't appreciate/love him like they do with dante was because he's trans and i kinda agree. also, i have this hc that on his free time, he sneaks off to other earths to check them out and catalogue things

General opinion: HE'S PERFECT HE'S THE BEST i just really wish the writers took good care for his character. maybe in some alternate timeline, he got everything our cisco could've had
