How do you think the Megastars of NSR and Bunk Bed Junction would react to Halonote if they met him?
Tatiana - She's a busy woman. On top of managing NSR, trying to sort the power crisis, and dealing with the fallout of the rock revolution, she doesn't really have time for meeting random city visitors. I think she'd only meet Halo if he requested help in getting a message out about his stolen flock of sheep, and upon realizing his people are mechanical but completely against doing things with tech, she might find the simplistic nature of his people both curious and nostalgic. Oh to be a simple shepard without need for fretting over city wide power outages...
DJ Subatomic Supernova - Halo is an ego boost. When his search leads him to the planetarium the entire theme of it is so aesthetically compelling to him that the music doesn't bother him in the slightest! And upon seeing Subatomic and being capable of appreciating his spherule's beauty and his complex knowledge of the stars? DJSS will let this lack of privilege passes fly for once, because he's about to show off big time to this impressionable satellite.
Sayu - She's not sure why he's backing away from her, nor why he seems appalled by her celebration of the beautiful human condition that is love. She's looking like herself... Unless she's currently a fish with legs and didn't realize? Surely that didn't happen again...
Team Sayu - They're a little bummed out that he doesn't seem to think Sayu is cute or endearing. They're also not too pleased by how patronizing he's (unintentionally) being towards them! They'd probably do something about it too if he wasn't a 13-foot war machine...
Yinu - He walks in on her during a rehearsal, which annoys her. Instead of being disruptive like B2J though, he just sits down and appreciates the calmness of the piano. He doesn't want to interrupt so he waits for her to be done. She appreciates that, even if he's not supposed to be there... But hey, knowing someone likes her music for what it is, rather than because she's a prodigy is a nice change. Music is to be shared. After Yinu finishes the rehearsal she is even prouder to realize Halo doesn't really like music, but that the piano helped him feel genuinely better despite running around desperately looking for his flock. This big dumbo is nice, she hopes he finds his sheepies.
Yinu's Mother - She's not happy that he intruded on Yinu's rehearsal, but upon noticing he's being respectful and waiting, she lets him be. Once her daughter is done tho, she demands an explanation. She's filled with pride that Yinu's talent can reach even a tin ear that doesn't like music, and is slightly alarmed someone in Vinyl City would go out of their way to steal another people's livelihood for unknown reasons. That's just not right. It's like if someone stole her baby's piano! She hopes he finds his flock soon.
1010 - At first they're ready to show off, but upon realizing their energetic behaviour is upsetting him, they freeze up unsure how to proceed. Eloni is elected to speak to him since he's more soft-spoken. They're a little overdramatic about his quest and bid him good luck, promising to get the message out in their district. Before Halo moves on the group takes selfies... With his polaroid sheep. Poly seems to thoroughly enjoy the experience.
Neon J - The two of them are very on edge around each other. Be it because Halo pities Neon J's condition, or because Neon J knows the story behind Halo's people, they're really not comfortable interacting. Neon does find it awfully strange someone would steal a bunch of mechanical sheep that can only produce pictures... That's a waste of time, unless there's something more sinister afoot...
Eve - She's used to fans being smitten with her and her fabulous art, but Halo is... An experience. The thought that her art can really touch the hearts of a people that's all about visual beauty is humbling. Something about Halo's people also brings her a little inspiration for a few pieces on identity and culture.
DK West - Doesn't really have an opinion since Halo doesn't really seem to want to engage him all that much. Lets him be and only finds out what brought him to Vinyl City later on when either Tatiana or 1010 announce that there's strange activity going on. Makes a note to keep an eye out, but his usual laid-back nature doesn't make him the best at judging when a situation is odd enough to be concern worthy.
Mayday - Holy heck, that guy is TALL. Which really doesn't amount to nothing when he curls in on himself and backs away from her. She's a little unsure how to feel about an entire people that hate on music? What's not to like about music? It unites people! But hey at least the guy's little pet is really cute!
Zuke - Oh wow, tall guy. Is curious about Halo's culture and is a little less dismissive about it. Still a little unsure why an entire art would be discarded over the other. Music and visual arts go hand in hand in his opinion, but to each their own! Is sorry that someone would straight up steal an entire flock of sheep from another country and then cart them over all the way to Vinyl City. That's just cruel for the poor shepard trying to get it back.
